Very large cvs with a working coupon center and self check out. I found everything I needed and was able to use my discounts.

I have always had a good experience, the staff is always kind and accommodating. Wait times are never a problem. I transferred from the CVS on Maryland and Silverado - now THAT place is a nightmare.

Would give them zero if I could. Was there today, 2/12/21, between 12 and 1 pm. The cashier guy at the time was incapable of checking out one little old lady. One screw up after the other by the cashier...dragging on and on. Does he call for help or a second cashier? Oh no, he just keeps getting more frustrated and pounding helplessly on the keys. Helooked like he was going to cry. I finally gave up, put my stuff down and left. I was the FIFTH person in line who simply left and took their business elsewhere. No telling how many left after me. This CVS store lost a lot of business today cause they put a guy on the cashier stand who was not ready to do the job. Sad....Update on 18 Oct 2023: visited for first time in a while and was disappointed that the Hawiian food section is gone. HOWEVER, that is understandable -- so I just want to say Thank You for keeping the Hawaiian food section going for so as long as you did. Much appreciated!

Cashier Seyedeh is rude. First, she was unable to understand my phone number, then acted like it was my fault, interrupting me, and closing her eyes. Then, she didn't scan the two coupons I had. I realized it when I left and immediately came back to fix it; however, she doesn't know about customer service and again, blamed me for her having not scanned the second coupon. She proceeded saying that she can't scan a coupon that is placed near me. So, I asked if I could still use it, but she cut my sentence while I was talking saying no. This employee wanted no business with customers. This CVS is empty, and the other new male cashier was helpful when I needed an item. Pleasant experience because of his help. CVS, please attach a freaking notice on the coupons you give to us, including the 30%, 40% off sent by mail, explaining the specifications such as: you need to cut off the thick cardboard coupon by hand, otherwise the cashier will not scan. That's ridiculous.

This pharmacy is the biggest joke of all of them. You honestly would die if you ever assumed they know what they are doing. You honestly could celebrate a birthday in line.

Operation manager Vince does not honor coupons Few minutes before another team member was honoring it, but Vince did not authorize the transaction because he was the operation manager!Poor customer service as well!

Horribly understaffed and poorly managed. I've had a prescription that the automated system has said was in process for 2 weeks now.As I write this I've been on hold for over 17 minutes without one speaking one word to an actual freaking person.Clearly CVS couldn't care less about customers these days. Ignore prescriptions, don't answer phones... What good are they?

This pharmacy closed early without any notice. 8pm vs the posted 10pm. They started working on my prescription and then closed. Due to them starting my order I can't move it elsewhere. I'm miserably sick. There is no consideration anymore. Can Walgreens please move into this neighborhood?! I cannot deal with CVS any more! I hate it here.

I finished shopping and went to cash register to pay for my items. There was one cashier with a long line waiting. I went to one of two self-checkout stations to purchase my items. once finished...my card processing was put on hold and I was given a message that one of my items had an age restriction and 'assistance is on the way.' After about 5 minutes of waiting another customer used the other self-checkout station. Her purchase was put on hold too. Another CVS employee came out to help the lone CVS cashier who also had a hold put on his register. No one came to assist the locked up self-checkout stations. A third CVS employee showed up about 5 minutes later. The other station was cleared after a few minutes. I was instructed to re-do my checkout and eventually the male cashier cleared my age restriction. I was free to go after about 15 minutes of waiting with a flashing light on my station. Three CVS employees, but only one active cashier, three locked up machines, Lots of unhappy customers.... It did not go unnoticed that the on-duty manager did nothing to speed things up or get customers on their way. This CVS always seems to have cashier and self-checkout issues. I'm not going back. Apparently, there is no store manager at this location.

This CVS is potentially 5 stars as it has a lot going for it. #1 It is located on the edge of a humongous over 55 retirement community. Think about it, 'Medicare'. Every customer is on 'statin meds' and 'BP meds' if not a lot more pills. They need glucose monitors, covid vaccines + more, BP machines...all that stuff. This should be one of the most profitable CVS stores in the world. #2 So when customers come in for their Medicare needs they buy all the miscellaneous items that they need. #3 the pharmacy is 5 stars in service and customer service. The pharmacy should be separated out. This review is for the 'CVS Store' part. Problems: When we first started at this store there was an older nice cashier lady that made all the customers feel welcome. She took the time to get everyone signed up for the savings programs and explained how it all worked. Over time she has disappeared and new non-caring cashier staff was added. Then it was noted that there were several attempts to get customers to use the 'self-checkout' stations. Each and every effort appeared to fail because the 'machines' hung up on almost every transaction. Now that all the regulars know that self-checkout is bogus....long lines form at the one and only real cash register. But that is often manned by the most unfriendly 'new employees'. When things really 'screw up' the #2 and eventually #3 managers are forced to come out of hiding. No smiles, no 'sorry for waiting', or any response that could be called customer service. A store like this needs at least two full-time cashiers with big smiles and helpful attitudes. The 5 star pharmacy has been forced to cut it's hours. They are not open in the AM when the store opens. I'll move my prescriptions down to the Eastern location which is just down the street. I've had it after waiting at a 'locked up' self-checkout stand for 15 minutes because of an 'age restricted' item. today. The #2 and #3 CVS staff forced the newbie to come over and help me instead of doing it themselves. I'm done. Peace-Out... Please read my reviews. I almost never write anything negative. This location is not even trying.

Finding stuff I probably don't need to buy after getting a vaccination. Gets me some great (but very random) decor!

Other than not being able to a product occasionally I've never had an issue at this store. I've been very happy with it & the staff
