Not sure how they’re still surviving. Pricey products, little to no service from employees and everyone working for the brand carries the ‘I don’t care’ attitude. I guess that comes from the top down.

Pharmacy employees are always rude. When I asked about the cost increase in prescription they blew me off. When I told them I had a new copay card, they didn’t care. No way to treat someone who has served this community as a first responder. Will not do business with this store again

What is this? I give in here and two employees stand off from the self-checkout, nowhere near the register, watching us ring ourselves up! What are they here for? Yeah, they greet you for coming in, but that's not what we need.

The people who work here were very helpful and nice, but the hours of operation are not correct. I went Sunday just after 10pm and they were closed. 😡 According to Google maps they were open until 11pm, which is why we wasted our time going in the first place. The store hours were not posted on the doors either.

I've been going here since I moved to las vegas and recently I lost my Medicaid coverage and have had to pay cash for my prescriptions..
So trying to navigate thru good Rx to get a cheaper price and the woman in charge there couldn't be nastier! Asking me why I'm on express prescription fill!!! How do I know why???
Talked to me horribly! I'm changing where I get my medication immediately!! Bye bye nasty person!!!!! Unbelievably rude!!!

CVS has the best helpful employee's. I love CVS, pretty simple to find things and if you can't the employee's are more than helpful and they even walk with you to the item your looking for. Some places just point and expect you to go find it on your own. CVS has great customer service and definitely is my choice for a drug store and soooo much more.

I frequent this pharmacy every single time I need a prescription filled. Im very sick and had my 2 year old and 1 year old in the car… who are also very sick. My kids have strep throat, ear infections and lung congestion. Every one is sneezing, coughing and runny off at the nose. I came through the drive through to pick up my 2 medications. I basically begged the guy at the window to grab me a bag of Halls. He refused. I explained that I had two very small and sick children with me and begged. He cut me off saying “No”. He couldn’t leave the pharmacy area…to go to the pharmacy area to grab a bag of lozenges? That is ridiculous. If I were an old White woman I would have been treated much differently, Im sure.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. They want to make you wait as long as possible even if they are already taking care of you. When they get your kids medicine they don't pack the medicine with the measuring cup they want you to wait even longer for them to get it. I guess they don't know kids/adults medicinel need a measuring cup, simple things that go together, last they have to shake your medicine you have to wait extra for that, smh.

This post is about only the CVS at Eastern and Horizon Ridge Pkwy in Henderson. The staff here is truly magnificent. I am disabled. The staff in the pharmacy and store help me with everything. They are kind and never make me feel like a nuisance. I am isolated due to my disabilities. I consider the people at this CVS part of my support network. They are that helpful and that special.
