I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. They aren’t kind and it seems like they do whatever they can to make your experience as frustrating and hard as possible.
Donavon really made my week hell. I work a full time job making a median income and still can’t afford health insurance. I do without and pay cash, but my kids qualify for check up. They treated me like I was the scum of the earth. When I called to get the medicine transferred over because Walgreens doesn’t accept check up. Donavon stated that he couldn’t take my card because it’s the card you bring into the doctors office. He needed one with a bin number. I didn’t have a card with that information. It was a Saturday and member services was closed. He transferred the prescriptions over anyway and didn’t tell me. So when I called Vons to transfer over, the prescription wasn’t there.
So I tried to get ahold of the doctor at urgent care to transfer the prescription and he was out for the week.
My kid can’t breathe and this butt head wanted a bin number. I was finally able to get a hold of member services, who supplied me with a bin number, but said that the pharmacy should already have that information. Donovan needs to be re-educated and the whole place needs to be trained in customer service and kindness.

I went in this evening at 9:00 PM and the store closes at 10 PM. I was only there in for a few minutes but my purchase to complete it. I needed to do it at the register. I was told I was not allowed to complete my purchase because at Night time they keep the registers closed. And I asked what time they close and they told me at 10 and I said so basically you're closing the registers an hour before the store is closed. In my opinion honestly that's just laziness because there should be no reason that the registers are closed an hour before the store is closed. I wish I would've asked and not tried to convenience the workers when I went to check out. Because I brought some items for me and my daughter to have movie night. So I checked out at the attendant on duty. Because the two ladies that were on duty look like they were too busy, talking the whole entire time why customers were in the store about personal business then they were about helping me. I understand closing registers 10 or 15 minutes before but a whole hour before. I will be contacting corporate to find out the policies because I had to go to Walgreens down the block to get the same services.

Thank you to pharmacist Ryan and his staff(Brian). Ryan went above and beyond to pull my meds from the other pharmacy location because the ER sent it to the wrong CVS. In fact, the CVS at 1551 W. Sunset location, the assoc. verbatim asked me to call my regular pharmacy location to pull it because they were backed up (terrible customer service and absolutely rude).Nevertheless, I would not go to any other location except the Wigwam Pkwy location. Thank you for always being so kind, professional, and caring enough to customers such as myself, in making sure we receive our medications.

Never had a problem with cvs until this location. The guy was not helpful and wouldn't open the register for me to pay but opened it after I started paying on the self checkout. I was having trouble with the payment at self checkout and had to switch my form of payment because he wouldn't open the normal line up and didn't want to do his job because I look young. I'm 25 and look 16, and I'm sorry I don't want to use self check out. Going to Walgreens from now on. I was able to get my stuff but just because I look young doesn't mean I have to use self checkout and that he can take the older guy behind me on the register after me asking. I wouldn't have been as upset if he hadn't opened the register for the other guy after me asking 2 min prior I was literally just finishing paying. So frustrating

I've been getting my Parents Rx at this location with no issues, up until today that a person from the Pharmacy Name Koi answered with a frustrated voice and abrupt attitude, stating that , you have to call your Dr's office to change the plain Prep liquid to a flavored one , and he proceeded, ee can request it but you have to call and ask in a bossy tone of voice... RUDE and disrespectful.

All the staff in the store are amazing and super helpful. Monte is the best, super courteous and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. As for the pharmacy, Daniel I S A MEAN LITTLE MAN. HE HAS SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS. MY GOOD FRIEND HAS CANCER AND HE WOULDNT FILL HIS PRESCRIPTION. Ryan gone above and beyond and saved me from living in misery. has no sympathy for a man with cancer, I don't understand how someone can be so cold.

Pharmacy Update: I am now waiting on hold for the third time to resolve the same issue. The first time, no one answered after 45 minutes on hold; the second time, the woman hung up on me after begrudgingly resolving one part of the issue; I called back right away and have been on hold an additional 20 minutes just to resolve the previous issue. Absolute terrible, unreliable service. Some pharmacy techs/pharmacists are nice, one tech is consistently aggressive and rude, but all services are unreliable.Absolute worst pharmacy: if you need any prescriptions filled, avoid this location. When my doctor sends them my prescription, they don't refill it. When I call, they don't answer the phone (I've waited on hold for over an hour before!). You have to physically show up in the store and complain before they will even put your prescription in line to be refilled in about an hour.Interestingly, the front of the store has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a CVS. Also, many of the pharmacy staff are quite nice; but if you want your prescription filled, I would avoid this pharmacy. I don't know if they are constantly overcapacity or have poorly managed systems and processes, but they are simply unable to fill a prescription or answer the phone. Your prescription will literally just sit "in-process" indefinitely.
