The pharmacy team always do their best to ensure our medications are ready when we need them. They are always busy, but have a good system in place to keep delivering. Thank you for all you do to get our medicine to us when we need it!

So many workers- I'm afraid it's hard to catch the perpetrators when they decide to change our prescription drugs to make us sicker and die- Like what Marvin Blas conspired in Guam. The Blas are from Maite Guam. I left Guam to excape this horror, now it seems many are coming in that are connected with him. Watch out America.
I saw this before it was going to happen, Noone believed me, he must be connected with higher entities in Guam and Las Vegas-
Who knows where else. So concern for myself and the people. He drugged my drink while working, he admitted, police did nothing.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. They are rude and they only care about your money. My insurance covers me 100% and they ask me to pay a copy, although my insurance pays, the full amount asked me to pay coupe and that is not accepted, when I moved to Walgreens
, they didn't charge me anything and this is the last time I use this pharmacy forever

Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid at all costs. Staff isn't helpful. I've called several times and they are never willing to help or offer suggestions. It's not their problem so they don't care. Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens or another CVS if possible. Customer service is awful.

The clerk was very rude and did not offer any empathy. I went to pick up medication for my husband, who had just literally come out of surgery. I tried calling the CVS location twice on my way to the store to see if the prescription was ready. I was on hold for 6 minutes the first time and for 2 minutes the second time. I hung up the second time as I was almost to the store. When I went to the counter, first, I was the only customer at the counter and no one bothered to come to the counter to greet me. It took several tries to get the attention of one of the staff members. Next, when the clerk came to the counter, I explained that I had tried calling the store but no one was picking up the phone. Instead of saying something like, "Oh, I'm sorry to hear about that," the clerk said in a condescending tone, "Oh, well, you must have dialed the wrong number." I felt very offended at that point but my husband was waiting in the car in excruciating pain so I asked the clerk to just please give me the medication. The clerk said that I needed my ID, which in my panic in thinking about my husband, I had left in the car. After getting my ID and checking on my husband, I checked the CVS number that I called and I confirmed that it was the same number for the location that I was at. When I returned to the counter, I asked the clerk what the phone number was for the store. He could not recall the number off the top of his head and he had to check what it was. When he told me the number I showed him my phone with the same phone number that he mentioned. The clerk then said, "I don't know, we've been answering calls." Again, no empathy for the customer. This clerk needs a serious coaching in customer service skills and needs to learn that instead of being hostile and defensive to the customer they need to demonstrate empathy and understanding.

The pharmacy is actually really good. I had to switch pharmacy because of my insurance and CVS made the process easy. I brought in my prescription bottle from my old pharmacy, gave the technician my new pharmacy insurance card and received a text that my medicine was ready for pick up. When I checked out, I was given the option to have automatic refills so that was one less thing I had to worry about when refilling my prescription. Please keep in mind auto refills only work when you have actual refills remaining. Most prescriptions are only good for one year and your doctor may not give you 12 refills. So if you know you have limited refills, reach out to your doctor not the pharmacy. The pharmacy does not control how many refills you get even if it's a medication you take for life. Always have a digital copy of actual card of your prescription coverage too. It will say Pharmacy benefits, RX identification/RX Bin on the card. Careful as your Medical card is usually separate from prescription coverage and just because you have Medical coverage with prescription benefits the actual card mailed/given to you at work may not have information the pharmacy needs to actually bill your prescription to. Check your cards! It's like driving with insurance and not having your car insurance information in your car or on you. If you get into an accident, you can't just tell the cop or person you have Geico or State Farm. You actually need the information for Geico or State Farm. Do yourself a favor in case you actually need medicine and check your cards/coverage. The pharmacy is not responsible for things in your possession like your prescription insurance info. If you need recommendations on your symptoms, the pharmacist is very helpful too. They also offer vaccinations which is helpful in my line of work. Besides the pharmacy being good, they have an array of beauty products I would not expect a drugstore to have. Affordable and a good range of diverse options. They have some random office supplies and workout items which I guess is handy if you need a small dumb bell or a folder organizer. There is a cashier, but a self checkout kiosk is available too. Overall, a friendly and professional pharmacy staff and a clean store in general in the neighborhood.
