Great Customer Service
Heidi went above and beyond
Knowing I needed my diabetes medicine and the prescription was unavailable due to shipping issues .
She listened to my concerns of getting my medications since I was out of them:
She reassured me should could bridge me enough supply to they arrive . Heidi set me at ease and I was able to pick up my bridge .

I just transferred my prescription from another pharmacy to this location and it was a very smooth process. The app also made it so much easier. The employees also helped me update my address. I'm happy to have made this my new pharmacy :)

This pharmacy is the worst. I've had nothing but problems with them EVERY time it seems. Today...I show up to pick up my prescriptions, I guess they close at 6....it was 6:02 and they tell me "sorry our registers shut down at 6. No they don't. We all know they don't. Y'all just didn't wanna spend another 2 minutes getting a type 1 diabetic her prescriptions. I wouldn't be here if I didn't have to be. It sucks that insurance companies literally make you use a specific pharmacy. The customer service at this location is generally horrible, and I've been at this location for about 7 years now.

Pharmacy techs are nice, and if needing hair or make-up items, they have them. Some are decently priced

I'm dealing with cancer and this CVS is currently holding my pain medication hostage because they haven't got approval from my insurance yet. They also refuse to allow me to cash pay because it's against the rules?! Their manager refuses to call me to fix the situation!! Way to allow a customer you have had for 12 years suffer!!! I will be changing my pharmacy asap.

The saff are unhelpful. They don't get the prescriptions out quickly (long and slow lines through drive through). They're always out of stock and never doing anything to better it.

Worst place to get medication’s worst place to get photos. Just not a great location overall definitely needs to be updated. Also no help from employees there.

The pharmacy lost my presciptions then acted like they never recieved them, then found them and failed to put them in the system after a day, then acted like i never had this issue. Then told me they never recieved ny presciptions. Horrible pharmacy.

CVS on Sunset has really improved. I used to drive to the second location but that one closed. Now that this one is the only one the management has greatly improved!! Keep up the fantastic job and service ❤️❤️❤️

You kinda get what you expect at this location, but my favorite part is the late hours. It should be 24 hour but open to midnight I guess’ll have to do.I really enjoyed shopping the selection here and looking for good deals. All the employees at this location were eager to help me, even though I was kind of just shopping around and lollygagging.I normally don’t want you to support mega corporations like this but sometimes the local shops aren’t even open past 6 PM so when you get off at 7 PM, there’s not many options for you besides places like this, so it’s good to know this one isn’t terrible.Be kind to the people that work here
