Normally an amazing location with super helpful employees. But why is this location allowing the vagrant to hang out front.

Employees have no manners at this location. For starters, an employee was chewing her gum very loud and popping while assisting me. When I put my review in, the manager, Christine Collins, sent an email stating their employees are allowed to chew gum. Seriously? with these manners? Also, they have self check outs yet do not let customers to check out items themselves. 3 employees stood next to the self-checkout line today, not allowing customers to use the line independently. Self Checkout” means “SELF” checkout. These people are incompetent and beyond unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never enter this location. Most likely I will never shop at CVS. Unacceptable behavior.

I had a very odd experience at this CVS today, I had a list of items I needed. Store associates were not available at the front, so I went to the back to ask for help and was told off by a short gray-haired Ellen Degeneres; essentially I was in the wrong for walking up and asking her where a item was. She said I needed to wait. I didn't think I was rude in my approach, but she berated me in front of the other worker. I was pleasant from the jump but not her. She didn't even tell me where the item was. The nice, long-haired guy kindly told me they didn't carry what I needed. This young man should be the one training the old lady. I tried apologizing before I left because I am never above owning up to a mistake, although it was certainly an overreaction on her part, but all she could say was "okay" and when I said "I was unaware of the situation" she said "yeah, clearly you were". She needs training on customer service. I can admit if I was wrong, but in this particular interaction, I don't believe anything I did warranted the overreaction from this worker.

I am so happy with the pharmacist that assisted me today! My son is allergic to penicilin, certain sulfites. Dr prescriben him the wrong antibiotic, yet this great gentleman caught it and avoided my son a horrible reaction. I am mad at the dr, but super happy for the pharmacist! Thank you for noticing and addressing the issue with me!

The absolute worst pharmacy! ALWAYS
a 30 minute wait at drive thru, and always a line inside. Definitely never coming back here.

I have been a customer of this CVS for close to two years. They always have everything well stocked. The Employees they used to have were very friendly and helpful but they got rid of them. This woman who is there most of the time this lady is about 40 years old and brunette and is so rude. She follows me around the store like she thinks I'm gonna steal something. I have never stolen anything in my life and have never been in trouble with the law. She should be fired !!! She always has this sour mean look on her face !!!

I made a deposit with the teller/cashier Tericta at approximately 1:47pm today 01/16/2024 and after I got home, I had realized that I accidentally gave her $40 extra. I called the store and the manager said everything was balanced. This was the only place I went and used cash. The people here steal your money and then claim there is nothing they can do. They are thieves and liars. I recommend staying away from this location

CVS Pharmacists care and their team members provide excellent customer service. The pharmacists are professional and even though they are always so busy, if I need help or just understanding, they are kind and take the time.

This location does offer a convenient MinuteClinic that may or may not take your insurance. You might want to double check to make sure that the person at the minute clinic helping you has updated/renewed their licensing or whatever it's called to be able to take your insurance. As far as the drive-thru at this location, be aware of potential delays at the drive-thru window, especially during busy pharmacy hours, as this could affect your overall experience. Also, I've never shopped at this location. The prices seem a bit pricey. I really like how this CVS Pharmacy is nestled in a picturesque setting.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently had the most unpleasant experience at CVS, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. The manager on duty, Tri, was not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude and disrespectful throughout my interaction. Upon inquiring about a promotion, I was met with dismissive behavior and a refusal to provide information about his superiors. Initially claiming to be the store manager, than Tray later contradicted himself, making it clear that communication and transparency were not his strong suits. To exacerbate the situation, there were five sale signs advertising a buy one get one offer, which had expired the day before. Had the staff been more attentive in promptly removing outdated promotional material, customer dissatisfaction could have been avoided. This experience has undoubtedly left a lasting negative impression, and I hope CVS takes steps to address such poor customer service. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, and I sincerely hope improvements are made to prevent others from enduring similar ordeals.

I was at CVS today picking up my medication, the pharmacy clerk was very nice and was trying to ring up some energy drinks for me. Well, there was a little mixup and the energy drinks that were marked as three for five we're not ringing up correctly. When the front end clerk came back to help, I recognized him because I had an issue with him in the past. At that time, I was just checking out at the front through self check out, and the computer was having some issues and without me saying anything he came over and helped; although , he was very rude, and basically did not say a word just kind of motioned for me to get out of the way. He aggressively came in to push buttons, and he rang up my items, and he aggressively threw each one into a bag and just appeared to be in a very bad mood. At this time, you know I figured he's probably just having a bad day so I didn't mention anything, and I paid for my items and went on my way. Well today, this was the same clerk that I had that day. First off, he asked, where did I see that they were three for five? so I stated to him that it was below the drinks in the refrigerator. Well rather than just taking my word for it, he asked me to go show him, and I had already walked back once to check to make sure that I hadn't seen the sign wrong. Again I didn't have any issue. I walked over and showed him where the sign was and then I walked back to the register at the pharmacy. A couple minutes later, I am not sure what he was doing, he came back to the pharmacy and stated that they were ringing up correctly. I asked so they are ringing up three for five? He proceeded to say no, you have to buy three in order to get three for five. Well at this time I was a bit frustrated and I said what are you freaking kidding me. I said it states on the tag that it's three for five and I am buying three drinks, so shouldn't I get the sale price? He said "no, Actually, you weren't buying three you have to buy three of the same flavor in order to get the three for five." These were all the same energy drink, same size but just different flavors. During all of this, the Pharmacy tech was standing behind, looking at me over his shoulder, flabbergasted at the way he was handling the situation. I will admit for a short period I was upset, but I never once raised my voice and I continue to talk like a normal human being. I told the pharmacy clerk don't worry I've had issues with him before; although, last time I didn't say anything, but this time I will go ahead and write a review. honestly as a doctor I do like walmart Pharmacy better because the prices are a bit cheaper and their pharmacy tech always called me and let me know when things are ready. I was forced to switch to the CVS by my insurance but after being here and using their pharmacy for the past 4-5 months, I've had very good customer service within the pharmacy and I have never had any issues and it has been a joy to get my prescriptions from them. Only problem is sometimes the line is longer than I would like, but they are taking care of a lot of people, so I can't complain. Although, I do not like being treated the way I was treated today by the employee. He was rude, unhelpful, and appeared to be in a bad mood once again. On top of that, he did not honor the sale price. Any store I've ever been to you, where they have deals on energy drinks, I have never had any issues when getting a buy so many get a certain deal especially when it's the same brand and same size. All energy drinks were the KOA brand, but for some reason today the emlpoyee did not feel that he should honor the sale price. I guess it's one of those things, that if for some reason that is the store policy that you have to buy all the same flavor to get the deal then I guess I don't have much to complain about, but it does seem like a pretty petty thing to not honor for a continued customer that gets his prescriptions there regularly as well as buys stuff every time he's in the st

This pharmacy does not answer their phone. I've been trying for two days to get a hold of the pharmacy staff. Every time I get through the excessive automated system to be transferred to a human the system disconnects. My husband had to drive down and there were 9 staff members working, yet not a single one could manage to pick up a ringing phone.
