Don't waste your time at this CVS. For several years I have always had prescriptions filled at a CVS. After moving in this area I thought it would be convenient going to this one. Today, my husband tried to pick up my prescription but was told it was "on hold" due to insurance. He tried to pay cash or inquire costs but they were unable to give him this information. After finding out that my meds would've been $25 for two prescription out of pocket I was very upset. Had to call my provider and transfer my prescription because apparently only some locations covered it according to the lady at cvs. She was also rude and not helpful at all

I just want to give the biggest props to Kim for going the extra mile to make sure I paid my previous standard balance by providing my coupon I previously received for my prescription. (She deserves a rage for her diligence and care). The pharmacy Tech I believe by the name of Will deserves kudos also. I had an issue with my credit card and he bought my prescription for me which I plan to pay him back the next time I'm in there. They both went above and beyond the call of duty.

We recently moved and I have a son in hospice care. I was extremely concerned about his medication being transferred to a new CVS pharmacy location. Especially since one of the drugs can cause death if he misses a dose. CVS went above and beyond to get him his medication. Even the specialty pharmacy was wonderful about getting his medication from Illinois. Hands down wonderful experience wish I could give them 1000 star review.

The customer service was excellent. Justice was the name of our representative. She was very kind and professional. CVS should be proud of her.

I have been picking up the same group of prescriptions at this location since they opened. I have been in general satisfied up until they changed their staff over one year ago. There used to be two young men and a pharmacist working there and they were great! But now I go in and no one wants to help you. No matter what you have to wait... No matter how many bodies are behind the counter NO ONE WANTS TO COME TO THE FRONT AND HELP YOU! I have endured lines of up to 8 people in the last week. And now I try to get the prescriptions I normally get every 28 days no matter how many days are in the month and Im told I can't get it until tomorrow. What on earth is going on with this parmacy! My insurance will cover it today, but the pharmacy wont fill it???? WTH is going on with this world when people are dieing in America because drugs are so avalible, but I cant get the prescriptions my DOCTOR prescribes for me. I truly am so frustrated!

This CVS is the absolute worst. There's a girl specifically, white lady with glasses and her hair is always pulled up. She has the worst attitude from any employee in the store. She doesn't want to help, can't answer questions, and treats people like garbage. You're in health care. I would give her name, but she never wears her name badge, which is against the ethics code. I will be reporting her. She talks to my wife and I like we're idiots. I needed help with my prescription and she made it very clear she doesn't have the time to help make a phone call to the doctor. I asked if it would be easier for her if I called, she told me I can't do anything and I would be waiting over an hour for her to make the call. My wife had called because she works in healthcare and wanted to see if there were other options, she was rude to her as well. No answer all attitude. All of this just to get medication filled. Quit your job if you're that unhappy, don't take it out on people who are sick. If she's that miserable, go better yourself, don't be a dick.

It is ridiculous that the pharmacy closes for lunch, waste of my time sitting around waiting for employees to eat their lunch to pick up my prescription. There is no reason all the employees have to eat at the same time and have to close pharmacy. I quit walmart pharmacy because they do this, now have to put up with it from cvs.

I've been picking up my meds or having my meds be delivered from this location since I've moved here about 2 years ago. The staffs has always been friendly and professional. I have yet experienced any problems with getting my medications filled from here, thanks!

SINCE 2008I've been a loyal customer of both Target and the pharmacy since they first opened. However nothing is forever, and the pharmacy side of the businesss was purchased outright by CVS. These days I don't fill my prescriptions here anymore since my healthcare provider mandates use of pharmaceutical warehouse and 90 day prescriptions ... to so call cut cost. But, that doesn't stop me from getting my periodic and annual vaccine shots from here. The techs and pharmacists are gregarious, efficient and infinitely knowledgeable.

I am writing this review because of the pharmacists running the show at this location. We are a cash pay family and was given a prescription for one of our daughters. The pharmacy took it upon themselves to choose the Most expensive ear drops on the shelf I guess Name Brand stuff. When we were called to come pick up the prescription we were presented with $350+ for the medication. I asked how much is in this prescription? They said 10ml... WHAT?????? A tiny little 10ml bottle for $350+ dollars. the Gal at the register asked if I still wanted it and and I said "I Dont really have a Choice, Do I?" So She went back to ring up the tiny bottle and when she returned for me to pay, I hesitated because I thought of a brilliant question to ask. I asked is there an alternative? And this is when they said yes This is name brand; that is why its so expensive! How much is the off Brand? I asked. They responded $60.00... I was like Oh Well thats nice to know. They then tried to play another game with me and said we will need to call your physician and get an approval to change to the other brand. I was like Cool. {Please Do} We then proceeded to call the our daughters pediatrician and asked what was up with this? that they knew we are cash pay customers. They said that the pharmacy is in control of what they are selling you. and that We (the pediatrician) did not specify on brand. Long story Short. This Pharmacy is being run by very similar people as the same Money Grubby Pharmaceutical Giants of the world. I Recommend that due to this pharmacies dis honesty, That you Ask Questions if you are a cash paying customer. They will Rip you off and play like it is your only option if you let them. $350+ vs $60 for a 10ml bottle of ear drops. Talk about Predatory...
