Great deals of course but the amount of zombies that go here at any given time is mind blowing. Went here on a Monday at 1:50pm and there were so many people that there were no parking spaces and tons of people driving around fighting to get into a spot when anyone left. It's hard to believe they're are that many zombies who aren't working that can pack the costco at 150 pm on a Monday. They must have been giving away something free.Of course when you get inside there are people who just stop in the middle of the aisle with no consideration of the person behind them who may be trying to get out of there at a reasonable time cause they have more stuff to do. Just stop walking with a huge line of people behind them completely oblivious to there surroundings.Don't get me started about the free samples. Or the people feeding there whole family in the food court so there is no where for anyone else to sit to enjoy a hot dog. With the ZOMBIE HORDE so strong today I avoided the gas pumps. Went somewhere else with no line and spent $1.50 more for gas than I would have at Costco but WORTH IT not to fight the horde!!

Stopped in for gas at the gas station ( priced way lower than others in the area) and lunch at the and deli on Black Friday. Both were very efficient and helped us get in and out quickly to avoid the shoppers. We avoided the shoppers in the main store out of Covid concerns because I am having eye surgery next week, but they also appeared to be getting people through the registers quickly.

Usually a good experience until today. The lady placing the things in cart or in boxes literally throw our things onto the conveyor belt. The guy scanning was nice. Usually I never take things out of the cart and they box it inside. I probably go to the other Costco, much less crowded and nicer people.

Everybody loves Costco. And I feel like I jumped on the bandwagon. I noticed the other day that they carry Kirkland products, which BJs also carries. Now that money is tight for most of us, I have to consider the overall value between buying in bulk and small package. The benefits for me is that I need the bulk to send to relatives who are need of basic items. Otherwise, I have no use for a wholesale stores.

Friendly staff for sure. Food court inside the building is making sense for Henderson location; unlike other Costco in Southern California.

Busy! BUsy!! BUSY!!!!! That's the word of the day for this Costco location! Having just moved to Las Vegas, this was my very first time experiencing this Costco location. Considering that I have been a member with this company for 9 years or something like that, I already knew what to expect. That said, I still wanted to write a review because each Costco location will be different than the other (in some capacity).I'll begin by saying that I only gave them four stars, as opposed to five stars, simply because I did not have an opportunity to see what the restrooms looked like. If you have read any of my reviews in past times, then you would know that the restrooms are always big on my list of things to check. Since I did not see the restrooms, my score is solely based on my experience while in the store, the exterior of the store, the interior organization and cleanliness, and my interactions with Frankie!I am pleased to say that--at least as far as those previously mentioned items areconcerned--I was not disappointed! Everything was neat and organized, as is always the case with Costco, and there was nothing out of order or misplaced. It was an interesting experience because of the outward decor of the establishment. Since I now am a resident of Las Vegas, I should expect to see palm trees and the like at all times. I didn't expect to see them at Costco, though. Lol...that's a small thing. You'll see from my photos that there were staff and employees helping out with all aspects of the company. There were employees bringing in carts and directing traffic, and some of the same people swapping off and doing other jobs in the store. This is the magic of costco! I was lucky enough to catch a number of cells, including a sale on a Brita water picture! The award for best customer service goes to Frankie! He was very attractive and easy on the eyes, of course; however, those attributes were not his strongest suit. I was dealing with a matter concerning a credit card and he was very patient and understanding, offering the best advice and help he could give. Bravo, sir! The rest of the staff were all friendly and kind as well.As I mentioned in the beginning, this is a busy establishment. I was told by at least two or three members of their staff that they are one of the busiest locations in Las Vegas! Their super business does not detract from the wonderful experience I had last Saturday. Costco is wonderful on the whole! I have yet to have a poor experience with the company. With that, it's easy to see how I am confident I will visit this branch of the store again in the future!

Needed to return an online order and do some quick shopping. Was able to easily return item at return/customer service counter.Store was busy for a Saturday afternoon, but able to find vitamins, nuts and a few other sundry items. Check out was fairly quick and easy. Parking very congested but able to find a spot not too far away from front door.

We’re a family of 6 so Costco has become our go-to for diapers, wipes, paper towels, fruits and veggies and cleaning supplies. Can’t beat the prices. I used to coupon and all that, but I’ve compared prices with other places even Sam’s Club and I think Costco is way better. Quality triumphs other places. Not to mention the low gas prices. Travel packages and furniture. You can buy pretty much anything you can think of at a discount.

DO NOT EVER use the ‘contracted’ vendors like Southwest Blinds and Shutters…trash after waiting 7 months for shutters created in CHINA. Southwest was unapologetic and condescending about their sales and customer service rep indignation after I spent $16,000 cash / they demand - for the trash I received. Despite all of the problems, Costco refused to intervene because, the STORE MANAGER…repeat STORE MANAGER, said he had no control over the trash they deliver!

I am nearly 60. When are your pimple clerks going to stop carding me for wine. They don't do it at other Costcos, just this location. That, and $40 extra cost for my same glasses and frames then in CA, and will take twice as long to get them. And REFUSED to give me a copy of my prescription.
