I have been a Costco member since 2012. I started to come to this Costco a couple years ago and am frequently there 2x a month at least. The last 4x I have been in there I have been harassed about my photo on my ID card. Which again was printed back in 2012. I don't know how you can physically tell who the photo is. It's so scratched up. I have to show multiple proofs of identification to these few employees. I don't know if I'm being discriminated against due to I'm heavily tattooed, but Today was my last straw. After the employee wanted to tell me that the card wasn't me and continue to argue with me as a customer because I look like a "dude" and the photo I am a female. Which I am a female and you can tell I am a female physically. Spoke to the assistant manager who just pointed me into the direction of getting a new membership card , That again just seemed he was going to absolutely nothing about the employee. It's funny when I put a work uniform and walk in there is no questions asked. But when I'm in street clothes it's an issue. Quick rant, tired of being stereotyped like I using someone's membership or a criminal. Yall take everything back that's broke but your customer service sucks ERIK. Get it together Costco.

I love this Costco, but today I went to self checkout and an employee came running up behind me yelling ma'am, ma'am! I turn around before getting to my self checkout spot and she says I need to see your membership card! She was not friendly. I asked why, and she says she needs to verify my picture because I am going to use self checkout. So, I show my card and she moves on. Apparently this is a new policy. It was really rude. Don't they check to see your card when you come in? It is harassing their members at self checkout. Why have self checkout? Hire more staff and get rid of checkouts if you have to double check memberships.

It's Costco one of my favorite stores. I Always have a plan to just buy what I need and for some reason I end up with more than I need.

No complain on their service. Employees are fast, ready to help, etc. carts always available. Plca is clean. Its just their pizza are always cut unevenly. Not ideal to buy for guests.

Great place to shop IF YOU'RE WHITE. I cannot believe the disrespect and blatant racism towards customers that aren't white. Today, an incident with a cashier made me feel isolated, rejected, and I felt like I was garbage. White family in front of me at the line, cashier is extremely nice and endearing to them, having small talk and laughing and smiling. I thought to myself, "Wow, this lady must be really nice." It comes to my turn and she looks at me with cold dead eyes and frowning at me as she scans my membership card. I tell her, "Hello, how are you," but she doesn't even say a single thing to me (I'm Asian). I accidentally use a MasterCard credit card when I suddenly remember costco only takes visa. She tells me in the most demeaning and cold tone, "Visa or debit only." Not a, "Oh I'm so sorry, we only take Visa here." This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me here. The only people who are nice are the pushy salesmen that try to rip you off when you're shopping. I hate that it's a bad time for our economy and that this place has great prices, but is it worth feeling demeaned every time I shop here? I thought this was 2024, not 1924

This Costco is the closest one to our home so we frequently visit this location. It's located in a giant plaza with other vendors which has its pros & cons. The pro is that you can eat at any of the restaurants before your do your grocery shopping. The con is the traffic. There is a single lane to get to the gas station entrance so you can imagine how hectic it is when the line is at a standstill and there are a bunch of oncoming cars from the right trying to leave Costco. However, I like the ample spacing between each car so I don't have to worry about squeezing in/out of a space. The Costco Wholesale is always stocked, and the lines move quick.Food Court: Located inside with seating.Hot Dog/Soda ($1.50): This was actually really good and tasted like pre-COVID days. They had the condiment station available which we loved. Got to get that relish! Smoothie ($2.99): Not bad. Different from what I remember. It's darker in color and a little bit less sweet.Chicken Bake ($3.99): I was craving this and it sorely disappoint. The chicken bake doesn't look or taste the same. I did some research online afterwards and found out that they don't make it fresh anymore. The ones served are the frozen one.

BAIT & SWITCH CREDIT CARD LINK AT ONLINE CHECKOUTWent to Costco online to purchase a big ticket item (~$6500), really good sale price. Just as I was about to hit "pay" I saw a link: get 2% cash back on your order with a Costco Citi Card. So I applied and got a higher limit than needed. An hour and ten minutes later after many many many calls to Costco Corp, Costco St Rose, and Citi Corp most of which was on hold .... turns out one CANNOT get 2% cash back on purchase because you CANNOT use "new temp card" online. Then WHY put the link at the end of ONLINE checkout telling me I can???And no they would not process for me over the phone, no they did not offer to give me the 2% once my actual card arrived, all had "blank stares" up until Antoinette at Citi who gave me the bad news (but so very nicely). So I dinged my perfect credit score for a card I didn't want other than for this purchase ... my bad for trusting Costco (Costco manages the site, not Citi, although Antoinette at Citi was the only one who offered to report the issue).

Whomever the manager is at this location needs training or a demotion!Lines all the way up the aisle, and I count four check stands closed. They put the ice dispenser where everybody exits and blocks the lineup. This Costco has gone downhill with the new manager.

You can tell when the employees are under paid and over worked… when customer service is 1 star worthy and the pharmacist has the nerve to act like they’re helping you out and then hang up on you. Total head case I was being nice and respectful and then the girl was like “look! We’re not even supposed to give stock checks over the phone! We were being nice so that you don’t have to come down here” Click… Wow!!!

Thanks to the awesome staff who saved the day for me as I forgot to pack my hearing aid charger from home. What? (is what I would have been saying the rest of the trip). They didn't have what I needed, but offered to charge them for me which was nice.I travel with an old backup pair so I picked up some batteries and was on my way and was able to hear during the rest of my trip. Glad to be a Costco Member! And if you need hearing aids, I can't recommend Costco Hearing enough!

Entire staff are rude and unprofessional, especially pharmacy technicians.Their system is basically elementary. They don’t know how much drugs they have in their inventory. The pharmacy technician told us our prescription will be ready by 11:30 and received a ready for pick up text message. They someone called and told me they don’t have enough. What a joke, you don’t expect this from the Costco!! Will never go to Costco for any more prescription.

I stopped for gas at this Costco and couldn't find my membership card. An attendant named Scott was very nice and patient with me and helped me get swiped in and also had a very great attitude! I asked for directions and he was very pleasant and I was very pleased with the service I received there. Excellent customer service!
