My daughter and I both love this school. They've always treated us like family. She took her 1st steps and I will never forget the love and kindness they have shown towards us over the years. 10 out of 10 stars, I will always recommend this preschool to anyone who is looking for child care. A place where you know they will love and care for your child as much as you do. ❤️

It’s really hard trusting places with your child and that’s an understatement. I would highly recommend Coronado. There’s a lot of great things about the pre k program but mostly my son was happy and safe. They really go above and beyond for the kids.

Coronado has been great to us. Our son has attended from age 1 1/2 to 5. All the staff and teachers are really caring and supportive. We are really grateful for a wonderful learning environment getting ready for kindergarten. Henry misses all his lion friends & says hi to miss Ale :)

This is such an amazing place, I can't say enough positive things. The school adds an extra hour to our day due to the distance to/from our home but it is one hundred percent worth it. I never question the safety of my child physically or emotionally. The staff is so knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. I appreciate the frequent updates and photos and truthfully eases my anxiety knowing my child is in such good hands. I still think we were so fortunate there was an opening. I just cannot say enough positive things.

This is the best daycare ever. The teachers are so caring about kids and very easy to communicate. The owner Jen listens to u and she is very easy going with our schedule with the kids. My son enjoys staying there. My mother watches him through daycare's camera all day long. She also told me the teachers read books for them and dancing with kids. They regularly eating meals and snacks, napping. Go outside playing many toys in their playground. I always got my son's pictures from their app. Telling me what is going on and what my son is doing. What he ate today. The teachers knew which happy song my son loves to dance with it. What he loves to eat and when he got little temper lol. U can also talk to teacher directly through their app. It is just amazing!!! If it is not we are moving out of state for work my son would stay there for long time. I just have no any worries at work after dropping off my son at this daycare. I trust this place. We will miss those awesome teachers. I highly recommend this daycare.

My 3 sons go there. I confided in jennifer the owner about some personal issues and she completely backstabbed me and told the other party. I do not trust this woman. You shouldn't either.

As our son's time at Coronado Prep comes to an end - the school put on a wonderful preschool graduation - we wanted to be sure to share what a great experience the school has been over the past 2 years. We toured many preschools before deciding on Coronado and are glad we made the choice to enroll our son here. It was not an easy one to make, starting preschool earlier in the pandemic, but the owner Jen made sure it was a smooth transition and takes pride in the health and cleanliness of the different rooms. The teachers have been great as well; our son is more than prepared to start kindergarten in the fall. We always know he is safe too, with security measures in place so not just anyone can walk in. Finally, Jen was always available and very responsive anytime we had questions or concerns, she truly cares about each child at her school. Highly recommend Coronado if you're having trouble making a decision on where to send your child for care and preschool.

Hands down and by far the best school for my daughter. Jennifer the director is so helpful with everything that needs to be taken care of. The overall staff treats you like family and not just a person off the street. Highly recommend if your looking for a prep school for your kids. You can also keep on eye on your kid(s) with cameras in the classrooms. The best part for me as a parent is that they even have their own app. In the app they tell when their lunch is and what your kids are having, nap time, pictures of them doing arts and crafts and so much more! I say definitely check it out!

I'm your stereotypical first time mom - constantly worried and terrified my child is going to suffocate, choke, is she reaching milestones etc. Trust me when I say I wasn't going to hand my child over to just any daycare. We "reserved" (pay $100 to hold a spot) with multiple daycares because I couldn't make my mind up. I toured so many places. The daycares that are franchises, the daycares that are also private schools, the religious daycares - I contacted them all before deciding on Coronado. Best decision I've made as a parent. Here's why I HIGHLY recommend them: 1) communication - every single time I emailed Jennifer she responds immediately. Sadly, this isn't the case with most daycares. I need to know that I can reach my child's daycare immediately and Coronado has more than exceeded my expectation. Not only does Jennifer the owner respond immediately but there's an app to reach your child's teachers directly. Communication to me is so important and this place is amazing in that regard. 2) staff - my newborn has three "teachers" and I've been ecstatic with all of them. They all know her and she smiles and gravitates towards all of them. I appreciate them so much. Oh and the staff doesn't have a large turnover (from what I've seen) rate and are highly qualified. They have "younger" staff in the process of becoming L&D nurses to "older" staff that have years of experience. Not going to lie if I win the lottery I'm totally poaching and hiring them to come to my house. Sorry Jen! 3) updates - not only are there cameras you can watch all day but you get real time updates. I know how much my baby ate, when naps started and ended, how many wet diapers and if there was a BM, etc This is very helpful with a baby so I know when I pick her up if she's ready for a nap, or food, or playtime. They also send the most adorable pics of my baby smiling, cuddling, trying new sensory toys etc 4) the newborn room is smaller - I know that sounds like a negative but it's a positive. My child's teachers can see her from anywhere in the room. They can let the kids explore (when they can crawl) on their own while still keeping an eye on them and having them close. Plus since it's smaller there's fewer kids. Staff/teachers that aren't in my child's room still know her. And I don't have to label my baby's bottles they know which bottles are hers and she has her own cubby for diapers, wipes, etc. Makes my life soo much easier. 5) security - you need a card to enter the place. Just a little extra peace of mind. 6) Older kids love the place - my child is still a baby so aside from smiling photos and my own impressions it's hard to judge if kids like it. That's where the older kids come in. I've seen multiple toddlers come in so excited to go to school. Excited to show their teacher their new toy or share whatever happened over the weekend 7) they support small business and charities - I've received emails saying bring in your old towels or blankets for the dog shelter drive. Same for want to buy chocolate bombs, this mom is taking orders 8) they have both educational and fun guests and activities - from pictures with Santa (so cute I loved the pics so much they were our Xmas card - and yes they asked my permission to have my child to take pics with Santa) to getting notifications that a dentist will be visiting and teaching kids about the importance of brushing (obviously doesn't apply to my baby but great for toddlers). Since I've been there they also had a book fair. 9) fun days and newsletters - doesn't apply to my baby bc she's too young but they have "pajama day" "hat day" etc also they send out at least monthly newsletters that contain tips like using M&Ms to teach your child about diversity (every M&M is a different color but they're all the same on inside) I couldn't be happier with this place. From the moment we walked in to tour Coronado Prep it has been a wonderful experience! My then 3 year old (just turned 4!) was welcomed into the class like she had been there the entire time. She gets excited in the mornings knowing she is going to school. They send home little homework packets which she very much enjoys doing! She started at the end of September and in just two months she was writing her name! The owner, Jenn, is so sweet and supportive. Also very hands on with all the age groups. It's nice to know my child is in a safe environment. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Our family had a wonderful experience at Coronado. The owner and staff were so easy to work with, and my 4-year-old really grew while here. It really feels like a family environment, which is something we miss now at "big kid school". The staff really puts a lot of extra effort into making sure the kids feel comfortable and are learning. The graduation ceremony blew me away - they made personalized booklets of pictures and school work for each of the kids. Way above and beyond expectations! Our only regret is not finding them sooner!

My son started Coronado Prep at 2 YO. He learned so much, made so many great friends and really liked being there. Jen, the owner, is very communicative and helpful. Cannot recommend this daycare enough.

Updating the review I wrote when my daughter was 2 - she is 5.5 now and has been at Coronado Prep ever since, right up until she started Kinder. My daughter loved her time at Coronado Prep and from the very beginning, Jen was very accommodating to our schedule and needs. My daughter loved her teachers and all the staff. From our first week there staff made a point to get to know us and treated us like family. My daughter was safe and well cared for during her time at Coronado and she loved the extra activities they put on like the Halloween Trunk-or-Treat and her preschool graduation. They also utilize excellent cleaning procedures and have state of the art airy filters to help reduce risk of COVID and other illness. My daughter loves Coronado so much she asks to go back to say hi to everyone even though she's in Kinder now. We will definitely be back during school breaks!!

Both of my children attended here for several years. My littlest is going to kinder in August. Jen is amazing. This school really cares about the kids. Everything about them! Their learning, food, social, emotional etc. I am so glad that I found such a wonderful place with amazing people to nurture my little ones!

Coronado Prep Preschool has been a wonderful place for my daughter. Jen and her staff go out of their way every day to make the school safe, engaging, and fun for the kids. My daughter started in Monkeys and graduated from Lions. She always looked forward to going to school and often asked me to pick her up later so she could stay longer. I was very happy with the level of schooling my daughter received in Lions, which focuses on prep for kindergarten. She writes her name well, recognizes and writes all her letters, and seems extremely well prepared for kindergarten. I was notified daily regarding what she was working on, and communication overall was excellent from the staff. We will miss the entire family at Coronado Prep Preschool!
