We moved to Nevada from New York after our retirement. We were unhappy with our portfolio and lack of advice from our NY advisors. We attended a seminar with Cornerstone and were blown away by the knowledge and professionalism of everyone in their group. We became clients and have worked primarily with Jammie Avila, but have had dealings with almost everyone in the group. We are confident in their ability to safeguard and grow our life savings and to advise us on the best ways to minimize our tax liabilities. We have recommended them to our friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for financial planning.

Been with Cornerstone for a bit over 2 years. Working with Kyle Kirwan, his guidance and expertise is beyond reproach. He and the team take the time to understand what your current financial position is, what your needs are for the future, then build a model customized for your unique position, as no two people are exactly in the same place in life (age, working/retired, single/married, portfolio value, etc.). They then present you with their recommended model, and review any questions or concerns you may have. It's not a pushy sales pitch by any stretch of the imagination. We could have walked out of their office and said "no thanks", but we believed their plan was sound and made sense for us, so we "signed up".
They make a point of meeting with us on a regular basis to make sure everything is still working for us, recommend any changes if needed, review where our portfolio stands, etc. They just don't sign you up and forget about you!
They also have what I would call adjunct services, meaning, it's not just financial planning for your portfolio, it's tax advisors and Medicare experts as well. I'd call it a one stop shop for all of your needs.
After 2 years, I can truly say that we're lifers with Cornerstone.

I would highly recommend this place! I've been with them about 2 years now. Great team overall! Definitely 5 stars! I personally deal with Kyle Kirwan. He's professional, intelligent, and an extremely nice guy. You can't go wrong with them! Matter of fact I took my best friend to a seminar. Wonderful company!!

We moved from out of state and Kyle Kirwan was recommended to us as we had pensions and life insurance we needed to transfer. He was amazing to work with! We also worked with John and George who were equally as helpful and wonderful. They even caught on error on one of our life policies and have been phenomenal at getting it fixed. Front office staff is also super nice. We’d recommend Cornerstone to anyone!

I am extremely pleased with the service and knowledge I am receiving thus far. In a matter of 3 months, I have already made money and grateful I made this decision! They are thorough, knowledgeable and patient for someone like me who doesn't understand the ins and outs of finance and investments.

I'm not sure how we ended up on this list but I RSVP'd bc I was interested in tax strategies, which were mentioned on the invitation. Specifically charitable giving and deductions. Neither was mentioned in the discussion. We were the first of 8 couples to arrive and I have NO IDEA what the man greeting us thought, but he was shaking my hand as he started sharing his displeasure about gun laws three states over. I felt like a hypocrite enjoying a free meal after that. It was hard to process the information being shared since we were still trying to figure out the gun conversation. There was a tone to the event. We text our actual financial counselor who warned us against some pending actions involving two of the people listed on the invitation. I can't speak to how well they manage money bc I wouldn't feel comfortable working with anyone I met that evening. The dinner was amazing.

We have been with them a number of years. Initially I talked to two other firms that had a big staff (lawyer, CPA, etc. on staff) but I wasn't "comfortable" with their commissions and didn't like everything tied to the stock mkt. We are in quite a few different products that are long term (which we are ok with) and some have paid out quite nicely. We have also done some bank notes and annuities.They understand that we will initiate our purchases but they will also offer us alternative products. We also have a Fidelity account for when we play the mkt. I will never understand people that are not active in their finances.

We met with Kyle Irwin who couldn’t have been nicer. He presented us with an investment plan that made sense for retirees. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to financial planning.

Run. Run far. Run fast. Steer clear of this place which lines their pockets with commissions from REITS and other non-tradional investements which you will make little to no earnings from, and spend years paying someone else to untangle. Worst mistake going here. I losts tens of thousands of $ being stuck in these non performing investments during a market boom. While these so-called financial managers are posting their vacation pictures, I am still working.

For decades, my husband and I have been saving and investing for our retirement. In the past, we have worked with a number of Financial Management Teams in different well-known, large companies. Their investment products are relatively limited, focused mostly on common stocks, funds, and annuities. As we were getting older, we wanted to reduce the risk and diversified our investments, including some alternative products, such as DST, REITS, Bank Notes, LLC, etc., that provide modest but pleasant and steady in-come streams of cash. While we were both working full-time, it would be nice to have ONE trusted financial team taking care of all our investment needs. After we both retired and moved to Las Vegas in 2019, we found Cornerstone Wealth Management. Cornerstone has impressed us in many ways and most importantly, we have been working happily with a very professional staff team. We enjoy working with the Cornerstone staff team. Each one of them is very good at what he/she is doing and performing excellently to our satisfaction. They are proficient and professional. Their communication with us is always prompt and precise, like they are working 24/7. We are particularly impressed by the Director of Business, Kelly Allum, who is familiar with various transaction procedures and timelines and has great attention to details. We appreciate every friendly reminder and all brilliant ideas from Kelly. We trust Kelly would take care of all issues, if any at all. We love working with Jimmie Avila & Anthony Napolitano, Cornerstone's Financial Planners & Financial Advisors. Starting from the very beginning, they listened carefully to us and clearly understood our investment objectives and our comfort levels of risk in investment. They are knowledgeable of all kinds of products and investment strategies. And they work very well with both of us, even though my husband and I tolerate very different levels of risk in investment. Most importantly, Jimmie and Anthony have done an outstanding job in managing our very complicated portfolio. So far, we are very satisfied with the overall performance of Cornerstone. Cornerstone has gradually earned our trust and we feel comfortable to put our savings and retirement future in their hands. This is a major decision in our life. We feel that Cornerstone has been treating us like their family and will continue to take care of our savings and investment for a very long time. As consumers, we genuinely write this review to share our business relationship with Cornerstone and their business performance with us. My wife Renee and I have been clients for the past several months. We are new to Nevada having moved here over a year ago. We knew we needed a local financial planner and were invited to a dinner seminar. From the moment we heard the speaker (Dan) we were hooked! We needed to explore more and attended a meeting with Dan and Jammie at their Henderson office. What he showed us was very impressive. He spent over 2 hours talking with us, and we set up another appointment. At that time, he showed us what he selected to meet our requests and needs. Both of us were very satisfied. Jammie and everyone at Cornerstone are always very responsive, answering calls and emails almost immediately. We love what they suggested for us, and these investments are doing quite well! We recommend Cornerstone to anyone who is on the fence about who to hire. These guys do it all! We highly recommend them! Oh, and they also have monthly functions for their clients.
