Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, quiet and nice amenities. The best part of my experience at Comfort Inn was the staff, especially Diamond! She was friendly, professional and made the check in process so smooth and easy! I will absolutely return again.

Great place with super comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Big rooms and amazing water pressure in the shower! Its too bad we were just here for a day before leaving for work.Rooms: Spacious, clean, and comfortable

Stayed 3 nights for Thanksgiving and weekend. Everything was great! Hotel was clean and had friendly staff. Breakfast was good daily with waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, cereal. Only downside was breakfast served from 6:30 am-9:30 am only. They cleaned and removed all food at exactly 9:30 am even though hot food still left and people eating. Should be open till 10:30 am at least to allow guests to sleep a little longer. Other than that, I highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks to all staff that worked this holiday and weekend, everyone was great. I never write reviews but had to this time.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Where do I start? This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a long time the staff here is very welcoming they are so kind but there is one front desk lady named Yvonne she is so kind and sweet and has a heart of gold the way she treats the guest is so great not only did she make me and my family feel welcomed but I see how she treat the other guest I saw her go over and beyond to help this older couple thanks so much for all of your help young Lady.Thanks to everyone at the hotel for your great service I will be letting everyone know how good your hotel customer service was.

Stayed here for a wedding and the rooms were clean no and in a great part of henderson close walk to sunset Station literally a 5 min walk if you stay here you can walk to a few cool places right next to the hotel. Definitely will stay here again.

Shower had plenty of water pressure, which was great! The Happy Hour and piano music were appreciated. The only issue was the front desk clerk who was obviously on a personal call when we wanted to check in. Although she knew I was waiting, she continued her conversation for several minutes before finally getting off the phone.

We missed our flight, and then our luggage got lost. When checking in, Yvonne was excellent. She was a bright spot to a terrible night. She was really sweet and I appreciate it. She went above and beyond !! Thank you, Ms. Yvonne!!!

Cleanliness was superb. Customer service seems like an oxymoron. Neither did they make me feel like a customer and it seems like after they checked you in that was the extent of your customer service. I could go on but I think the point is made.

My experience at this hotel was incredible. I really enjoyed the room and the staff was really nice and very helpful there was a lady at the front desk named Yvonne who was very kind and helpful to me and my family. It was my first time experiencing Vegas and I was also there for a funeral and when talking to Yvonne about some of the different places to visit she was helpful letting me know where to go and what was really fun. She also made me feel very comfortable to talk with her I was able to open up about the loss I had in the family. Everything was great at the hotel and I will recommend it to everyone I know that is visiting Las Vegas and it is the only hotel I will stay at when I am there.

Nice, affordable lodging for family visiting from out of state. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is clean and it's within walking distance of Sunset Station casino. The staff are very friendly and certainly helpful if I had any questions. I will definitely utilize this location again in the future.Rooms: Comfortable and had more than enough bathroom linens to accommodate the 5 night stay.Food & drinks: The breakfast was really tasty and the social hours (M-F, 5:30-7:30) was a nice amenity to look forward to especially if you just want a mostly quiet day in the hotel.

Very clean hotel and doesn't smell weird. Those are two of my biggest things. Pool is sparkling clean and the happy hour was a nice surprise i wasnt expecting with live piano too. My only mark downs are for stiff beds, ( i have neck issues and it was too stiff to sleep on my side comfortably) not enough good pillows many were too lumpy, and the breakfast wasn't good sadly. I was hoping for some delicious hotel scrambled eggs but they only offered a little omelet that had what seemed like velveta or nacho cheese inside which was a huge disappointment. The sausage was too salty as well. There was construction for a pipe break going on during our stay, so it was noisy pretty early at 8am. They did accommodate late checkout for us i will add.Food & drinks: Free wine and beer at happy hour, 3 drink max

The only real complaint I have is about the wifi. It's decent, sure. But you have to keep logging in multiple times every day.The staff is great, and the beds were comfortable. I love coming here with my group every summer!Wait, one more complaint -- the meeting room chairs are massively uncomfortable after just a short time.Still, I dig the place and look forward to my next stay.
