I never write bad reviews, as I only like to express gratitude when I experience excellent customer service. However, I've been shopping this store for years! I've grown to love the employees, as they always say hi, are personable with me because they see me in there practically everyday. I just went in this morning to get some deli meat from the deli dept. for my daughters teachers luncheon today. The ladies behind the deli counter were very rude. The dark haired lady especially, whom helped me this morning (for the second time in the past week) is the rudest person I have ever encountered behind that counter. She was very condescending with a constant scowl on her face. As if I was burdening her with my request, in both interactions I've had with her. I like to think that I am always respectful and kind when asking for help. Everyone has always been so nice to me thus far. However, this employee, along with the blonde haired lady w/glasses, I've only seen both just recently. Super rude. Makes me not want to even go near the counter when they are there. And I purchase deli items every single shopping trip.

Usually the service here is average but the last 5 visits have been horrible, so I have to speak out and find another store. After spending over 300$ on groceries here for a pick up order that was scheduled to be picked up yesterday between 6-8. I got several messages that the order was delayed by the time the order was actually ready I had 10mins left to pick up my items before the store closed. Clearly not enough time, I assumed I could pick up my order the following morning. I was WRONG, and my items have been "canceled and refunded" however my app order has no indication of this and actually still says "tell us when your on the way". I then physically go to customer services to show them my concerns and got the RUDEST SERVICE from Lena who didn't even listen to my issue as soon as she heard pick up she quickly shoos me away to the pick up area and wouldn't address my issue.... To top if all off this is after I waited in line excessively to purchase 3 items. The line was so long I had to wait in the aisle as ppl walk around me several workers seen the long line and did nothing. The self checkout line was just as long but moved faster. I checked out myself before the next person in my original line even took a step up. I hope they make it out before Christmas! I highly suggest you 1. You have periodic checks to remove expired food from the selfs this includes meat my last 3 orders contained expired food 2. You train your workers for customer service 3. Hire more people so the experience isn't extremely slow. Good luck.

I only come here when I wasn't able to make lunch for work the night before. Instead of buying fast food, I come to the grocery store to grab healthy options on my lunch break. I never had any issues here and always used the self checkout. The employees are nice and very helpful. Albertsons prices are always more expensive, so be aware of that.

On Friday, I ordered a cake over the phone for my daughter's 18th birthday. I called and only described a general idea of what I wanted. Between the sweet lady who took my order communicating with the cake decorator, we got the PERFECT cake! I was quoted $150 from bakeries. This was $18.99. And the taste was amazing! Moist vanilla cake with strawberry in between the layers. Will count on this Albertsons anytime I need a cake. Thank you!!!!

I live in the general area and go to the store for convenience. The employees I found are very pleasant and helpful. Recently I've been opening items and finding them spoiled. I don't know if it's in the shipping process or refrigeration in the store. Bought meat and when we opened the package the smell was sickening. Yesterday bought half and half-the liquid was spoiled. Although the store gives a defund it's just a pain to go through this.

Needed a new spot to cash my check since my 2nd job only does paper checks and carmine helped me in an absolutely great way! She was super fast, on point with everything, very polite and patient, and helpful. Will be coming back atleast once a week because of carmine.

I come to this Albertsons near my house mostly for their deli and sushi section. The deli has great wings and pork riblets. Their sushi stand is phenomenal having fresh hand made sushi.

I am an avid Albertson's shopper. I study the weekly ad and app prior to doing my shopping. With the new app update comes some challenges. I am pleased to give Roberta, manager, a HUGE shout out! She honored the coupon price and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer...not all behind that customer service desk are as willing, one in particular. This was a huge breath of fresh air! Thank you, Roberta!! Because of your actions, I will continue shopping happily and will keep on saving tremendously at my local Albertson's off Bicentennial.

very poor customer service. Michelle. the sales girl who is in charge at the self check out is not helpful at all. Have a bad attitude. Never go back there again.

I live in the neighborhood, so I've been here quite a few times over the last few years but for small items only due to the prices being much higher than Walmart or Smith's. Today I went here to get a couple of gallons of milk and a package of pre-cooked barbecue ribs. I stood in a short line and after paying for my food the cashier began to ring up the next customer without bagging my three items. I proceeded to bag them myself and I asked the cashier why she did not bag my items and she stated because they had handles however if I had asked she would've bagged them. I was very upset thinking why would I want to awkwardly carry a package of ribs and 2 gallons of milk in my hands out to my car? This cashier was very rude and nonchalant about the service she had not given me, don't know her name but she was tall, short blonde hair, stocky build with tattoos on her arms. I always shop here for my groceries. Items are always in stock most of the time. The workers are very helpful when I need help finding something and the cash registers are very friendly! I love how I can earn points and redeem them for groceries!

I like this store i like the young lady who collects the baskets she is a sweetheart ... Alayna is a gift .... By and large this store has all I need.... Unfortunately I have had to deal with the A hole in the meat and fish department... This guy acts like he hates his job and you for bothering him .... One time the manager was around and he was great about spatchcocking a chicken for me ... This gent cant be bothered for anything I would love for him to come to my job so I could put my foot in his a** and believe me I could ... Otherwise I like this place

We were Albertson's customers at this location before it changed hands, and then since Albertson's took it back over. For some time now our experience in this store has much less than good. Very often it seems that employees in the main body of the store treat customers as if they are not there (blocking aisles, or rudely cutting in front of customers as they are shopping), or at least not important in any way. Generally, my experience with the checkers has been ok, a few times really good...but today, a checker named Mary demonstrated proud and happy rudeness in a way I've rarely seen. Mary was engaged in training a new checker, handling the one customer in front of me. Even though it was a relatively small order, this process took so long that three different people who came in line behind me were moved to other check stands, and in fact left the store before that relatively small order in front of me was finally completed. I stood patiently...I was in buying only a book of stamps, having forgot them on my shopping trip the day before (which was not good in different ways). Rather than acknowledging my wait, Mary gleefully said "He's learning", to which I replied "as is pretty much everyone else in the store". Mary replied "yes, including the customers". I quietly expressed surprise at that comment and suggested the customers might be learning not to come in the store, to which Mary pointed up that Albertson's won't be going out of business, but she might like if they did because she'd like to collect some unemployment. I suggested that wasn't a great attitude, and her response was to double down. As I was leaving I told her she had taken bad to worse and, of course, she doubled down one more time as I was walking away. While this store has impressed as not terribly concerned with customer service, Mary demonstrated that she is very much anti-customer service. Customers are to be taken for granted to the extent that maybe the employees might rather not see them at all...or are happy to insult them when they are there. In my case, their apparent wish to not have this customer in their store will be granted. I understand that the measly $600-700 a month I spend there means little in the grand scheme of things, and really I'd rather Mary continue to have to work to get paid, rather than get her wish to get paid for not working...but for Albertson's the brand...and for the good and thoughtful employees that do good work for them and their customers, I'd hope they would clean up this mess.
