I'm a local, who knows gambling and knows etiquette. Craps is my go to game. Decided to go to M tonight. Wait staff is wonderful that is why I gave 2 stars. Dealers at crapless craps and the floor... need to know how to treat customers who bring in their money to have a good time. Dealers were making mistakes on payouts and placing people's bets (they weren't listening when asked to press bets, etc). I threw in a bet to stick person which required $10 change. The stick person did not acknowledge that and the dealer I was on the side of didn't acknowledge either. I stated, I get $10 change. He angrily looked at me said "I know I was doing something else" and rudely tossed me $10. The people next to me even made a comment. Then cash out time came. When they told me total... I said are you sure, I thought it was ???... they cut out the chips for me to see and I was wrong. The floor then proceeded to tell me, "my Dealers are never wrong"... annoyed he had to break down my chips. As I walked away, the dealer stated... AND DONT COME BACK!!! What??? They were making mistakes all night and then are sooo rude. Maybe they were annoyed no one tipped them after a good roll, well, I hope this review helps them to understand why.

Very unprofessional at the table games. Pit boss and craps dealers were very rude. We were cashing in chips at the craps table. We thought it was a different amount than what they said so the pit boss came over and recounted and they were right but it was what was said next. He said my dealers don't make mistakes. Sorry everyone makes mistakes. To top it off the dealer was mad and said and said don't come back. If this isn't unprofessional then tell me what is unprofessional. This establishment needs some schooling on how to treat customers. These 2 reflect how the M resort treats the customer.

This place is kinda perfect for someone who wants to be away from the strip once in a while like me, the place is clean it feels luxury and the best part is we won the slot. We will definitely go back.

We were in Vegas for the Wu-Tang concert and my husband had a comped room here for a few days so we decided to take advantage. We came from Chicago. We always have stayed on the strip so I didn’t know what to expect off strip. It was an amazing stay! It’s a beautiful resort. It wasn’t warm enough yet to swim but the pools looked amazing! I actually now prefer to stay here in the future. We don’t have to walk forever to our room. There’s no craziness outside. The strip is a 10-15 minute drive. I did knock off one star in the rooms category only because the headboard was peeling pretty bad which was surprising but gave a meh feel to the room. We dined at all of the places they had but Jayde @ 16 was my fav. So so good! We ordered so much food and everything was sooo good! I also won some money on the slots so I was of course very happy.

It's a new casino so the facilities are good.The location is a bit far from the main street, so it's inconvenient.The rooms are clean, but many facilities, such as toilets, are a bit broken.

Drove 45 minutes for lunch at the grill on a Sunday. Dining area wasn't open, so we had to go to the bar. Only to be told it was a 45 minute wait for a table. Terrible. Made worse by the staff's inability to suggest somewhere else to eat locally and recommending another 45 minutes back to the strip. One and a half hours wasted. Never again.

A comfortable place to stay that is quite a long way from the strip. Plan to rent a car or take ride shares to get around.

Nice cozy atmosphere, not an extremely big casino but a good one all the same. When I went it was overnight like 5 am and it was very calm. The dealers were welcoming. My dealer was Brian, he was very knowledgeable and helped when I needed it. Great energy with him he kept me entertained.
