Avoid this bank and especially this branch. They will deny you access to your money and your credit card because "the manager" who is suppose to authorize your card and or transaction is NEVER there. They will keep postponing your appointments. This is how people end up on the street... Because financial institution won't allow you to get YOUR money. Horrible costumer service! Shameful. Why even be in business if you can't serve your customers. Such lack of empathy and basic humanity! You are holding my card and refusing access to MY money.

This location won't cash checks that come from Citibank. They send you all the way to Paradise and Flamingo or Rampart boulevard. There is no particular reason just a decision made by corporate according to the teller. Bad business in my opinion. No way to draw new clientele. ?

Citibank used to be good but no more terrible customer service nothing but problems on the last year and a half I've been doing baking with Citibank for over 30 years and I'm going to cancel them out they're terrible

So VERY Disappointed in Citibank. Long time client of Citibank with direct deposit and numerous accounts (Checking, savings, CD, etc). We have no bad accounts or overdrafts, etc. We suddenly got a letter this week that all our accounts are being closed. We called and went into several local branches speaking to the managers and they say they can close your account for any reason and they won't tell us why our accounts are closed. They won't tell us why and they state they can do this to anybody. One of the branch managers states they see this a few times/year, although don't know if we should feel special about this. lol. We are looking for a new bank that wants to work with us and our money. I guess we'll go to a bank that wants our to hold our money. Wish we can give them Negative stars which is what they deserve!

Citibank has totally disrupted my life my account is frozen until further notice with absolutely no explanation it's so frustrating they literally are dragging there feet while my bills like up and my phones are being turned off no money for gas and for what they will not tell me I've been there for over a year never had a problem now last week I deposit a check for 100k plus and it's froze it's crazy they have taken my money and won't give it back to me

Horrible place , lack of human empathy , brand manager dress and look like some crack dealer in prospect park , Steve lack on professionalism, Phone don’t work , if you come in person they will tell that you need to schedule an appointment but the phone don’t even work , most anti American places ever , most anti ?? Places ever , it look like the only hire Asias to work in there.

Seriously impossible to get a live person on the phone who works at any particular branch. The phone rings maybe 3 times and then goes to another automated system that routes you around and around until you hang up. No information on the website to help with questions. The only FAQs have to deal with opening new accounts/credit cards/loans. No notary info locations available or any helpful information by phone or online. The automated system routes you in a circle. Super frustrating.

This is by far the most unprofessional bank I’ve ever done business with. They don’t have a receptionist or anyone to answer a phone call. They claimed to have faxed my information to other parts of the company but they never have received it. Waste of time …

This is the best branch of any banking brand in the area. Never a long wait and people who seem to genuinely care about customers. Special kudos to April and Steve who gave us excellent service with a smile! This will be our go to place to bank going forward if the service remains this good! O

Putting aside the fact that I was charged a $39 late fee on a $100 credit-card balance because the payment arrived maybe 3 days late, I was charged interest two weeks *after* having paid the bill in full.The line you reach when calling the "24-hour customer-service number" on the back of the card just goes dead most of the time after finally getting through the phone tree, and on the off chance you do reach someone, you get someone impossible to understand.
