There is a worker who works the cashier and she talked to each person for like five minutes. People are lining up or trying to get out of there and she said gabbing for five minutes each literally

I normally wouldn’t even write a review for a gas station but here we are lol. I went in after work yesterday (probably between 5:10 - 5:20) on my way to grab my friend and force myself to the gym. I just wanted to grab us some waters for the gym. The checkout girl was so sweet and when I told her I was going to the gym and was just starting(only 3 days in a row so far) she gave me encouraging words and was overall so funny and amazing. Truly amazing customer service.If I was her manager I’d be giving her a raise!

This Circle K deserves a makeover! Regardless, always fully stocked courteous employees! Good place to have close to my home for sweet or salty cravings.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would - talk about racial profiling... well that's definitely what I experienced today while attempting to shop at this store - needless to say after 5 years of stopping here on my way to or from work - I'll be more than happy to find another of the MANY gas stations here in Henderson to give me business!!! I'll just say this if you care where you spend money - this ISNT IT!!

Don’t go to the Circle K the dude that works there is too lazy to help you with anything he rather just stay behind the counter hit buttons and give you dirty looks. USELESS!

Friendly staff and conveniently close to my house! But their gas stations are religiously out of paper. Every time I have to go inside to get my receipt. If it's during the day, what would be a 5-7 minute stop, turns into 20-30 minute waste of time because of the long line. If it's late at night, I always encounter one or two shady characters, hanging out by the front door.

This circle k continues to be managed very poorly. From employees talking about there personal situations with no regard for customers. Sometimes they get lines and management or employees don't bother to open 2nd register. This truly poor decisions. They hire some of the most Terrible people you can along with the it's obvious that the management spends very little time on training. Today I stopped by and there was a long line people with one cashier. This cashier leaves the counter to go get some beer ran out but decided to to the refrigerator to restock leaving a line of 3 and by the time she got back we had a line of 6 and growing. Now I tell you with one person at the counter no way do you go to back for this. Leaving these customers waiting for some time. If there's owners that care about making money and giving great guests service get a District Manager that truly make a difference in this location and any others you may own. I know the disindustry of convenience stores doesn't pay that well to some other employees but still come on put a little effort by putting stronger management and training in place with a strong District Manager like a mentor and knows where they're going I've never put in comments to what I see or feedback but this one was just far beyond me containing myself good luck and try to make a difference in providing better service and training your people . I hope someone that can make a difference really reads this and tries to do something better

I previously rated this place low due to a problem with an evening cashier but it was infinitely better this time! Store is clean, they had friendly and fast cashier's, and most importantly they are enforcing masks.

This store was the best for 10 years. Don't even bother going there now unless you want to make 2 stops. If they are actually accepting debit cards that day, they won't have what you need anyway. That store has become so disgusting and run down, must be a new owner or manager. Too bad, I gave it a year and it's only gotten progressively worse.
