Cruddy! It was never stellar to begin with, but their customer service has gotten worse over the years. Bill Johnston gave me the worst experience I ever had at bank. He was condescending, didn't even try to listen to my question. Since my experience with him, I have not stepped foot into that branch again. On a separate note, don't deposit cash into the drive-through ATM. If there is an error, they won't do anything for you at the branch. You have to call their 1-800 number to report it. Then you have to wait until a separate company comes to fix the ATM. No guarantee that they'll fix it tomorrow. SOL until they fix it and verify that the cash count is off. Cross your fingers!

Drive thru... worst service. The green light is on yet no one ever comes to the window. You can wait, and I know they can see when there's a customer waiting, but they IGNORE. I don't mind getting out of the car but when I have children with me, then this is so inconvenient as they offer drive thru yet they do not provide the service. I wasted my time. Thank you Chase.

Went in to cash a check (no I do not bank with them) BUT the check was indeed THEIRS & I've been cashing my checks with them for months, & for some reason at this branch all of the sudden "you have to cash it at your own bank, you don't have an account with us". Normally only takes a phone call to verify the check & I'm set. I drove 5 minutes down the street to a different chase & it's CRAZY that they just had to call & verify. They cashed my check NO PROBLEM. LAZY STAFF.

The employees are friendly. I like that they still have tellers employed at this branch. On the day that I went there was only one working at the time. She was very busy going between the drive thru and working inside. I felt bad for her. She apologized for the wait. I appreciated the acknowledgement.

Ever since they got a new Manager, we detest going there for our business needs. We need to pull petty cash once a week and have been using Chase for over 16 years! We have been frequenting this particular branch for at least 10 of those. Now all of a sudden, when we need to get cash, it’s an inconvenience, they don’t have it, and we are given a hard time. It’s ridiculous and makes you want to really go elsewhere. Thank goodness for the team at Green Valley Pkwy and Pebble, otherwise we would have pulled our business accounts with Chase solely due to this woman. Don’t go to this branch if you can help it… they are not helpful and apparently can’t provide funds.

Not a regular bank, I think it's just a financial center.They are closing this location and moving everything over to the Green Valley location on Green Valley Ranch Pkwy and Horizon Ridge Pkwy.

UNANSWERED BRANCH PHONES - Apparently untethered employees at this (and most Chase Banks) cannot/will not answer their phone to arrange/handle in-branch requests.If you call the 800 # they too are aware that branch employees NEVER answer their phones. If you walk in to obtain any service (except open an account), you will be told you need an appointment. So what exactly are those extraneous employees doing at their desks all day? Since when did Chase stoop to such low levels of in-branch customer support?

For some unexplained reason, Chase Bank no longer will open safe deposit boxes. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have seen a negative slide in customer service over the years (not like Chase is the only company sliding). We closed our box in Fort Collins CO before relocating to Henderson NV. Get here, go to the local branch and are told, they will not open a new box for us here. Apparently, it is a corporate wide policy. No explanation as to why, just "we don't offer those any longer". Seems like they are not interested in keeping customers' valuables safe, just interested in protecting themselves. I would love to tell you this the only thing that they have changed over the recent past, but alas, that is not that case. Do yourself and your family a favor and bank somewhere else.

I was the only customer in the branch and needed to make a few withdrawals to tip some laborers. Staff were condescending and behaved as if what I asked for was a huge hassle for them. Don't waste your time at this branch.

Complete F****** HORSE S*** AND PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that none of the branches in Las Vegas will answer their phones! Even their call center on the Philippines cannot connect. No excuse for this CRAP!

Worst bank ever... I don't know why everything is so challenging, the branch won't let me deposit a check made out to me into a minors account that we are co owners . I will be closing my accounts as I always have problems with Chase.

I had a very pleasant experience at this branch. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Serat. He took care of all my need plus more and really went the extra mile. He actively listened to my concern and gave me all the tools I needed to leave with confidence and peace of mind with the company after experiencing fraud activity. I appreciated the great service! I'll be back for a business account. :)

Diana the worker is not too bright. She tried to hold to deposits over 15k because our company name was supposedly not listed as a DBA of which it is and after her questioning me and telling me how to do my job her supervisor clearly showed her that I have my information right. She didn't even change her condescending attitude. Sad girl.
