Brondon was such a HUGE help to my 13 year old son, who had just opened his account there. Brondon gave my son HUGE compliments, saying how great to see a young man being so responsible, etc.

I open my account on this location 10 years ago last week my debit card was fraud and I went inside to talk to the manager he was by the Taylor inside and I told him can only talk private my account was hacked I need help he told me you need to call the front company nothing to do with me I'm busy from the manager you hear this kind of answer absolutely he shouldn't be a manager and the service in this location is very poor I wouldn't go in this location no more

I came in today, 5/19/22 @ 10:45am to get a help with a problem I was having with TicketMaster saying they refunded me, when they hadn't. I am no longer a member of Chase because of problems I had using them in CA. I came in and the person/people that normally help with problems involving closed accounts were all booked up for the day. However, the tellers weren't busy with customers, so Jennifer took a ton of time with me, going over a few years worth of transactions, to help me with the problem I was having. I was truly impressed with her customer service, and helpfulness, in getting me the info that I needed. I would definitely recommend this particular branch to anyone using Chase Bank.

WASTE Bank is what I am renaming this bank. 1. Luana Green didn't pay enough attention to my business when I put a sample transaction right in front of her eyes. This resulted in her initially telling me that I could NOT open a business checking account. 2. Ms. Green advised me to phone 800# 2 days after opening account to have initial deposit made available. After more than 30 minutes on phone, "specialist" told me he didn't know how to verify a check from U.S. Bank. 3. Chase has $300 bonus offers all over internet for opening a business checking account. When I asked Ms. Green why I am not getting this bonus, NO RESPONSE FROM LUANA GREEN. BOTTOM LINE: If I ran my business like Chase, I'd be out of business.

Horrible customer service at this branch!! I went in for assistance on my account, waited half an hour for a banker. Come to find out they couldn’t help me because they were “closing soon”, which I arrived AN HOUR before closing. Mind you...they did not have many customers.

Outside atm was removed 3 weeks ago and still isn't up... inside atm has been down for 3 weeks as well. Unacceptable.

This bank is very disappointing. They have 9 separate booths and only 1 banker working?? Banker told us to come back at 3:30pm and when we did she said it would be an additional 30 min wait time..there's also no customer bathroom to use. Extremely pathetic bank with very poor customer service.

This bank is getting ridicules, banks are converting to atm only, which can b very limiting, not to mention takes a lot longer in general. I guess this bank does not care about personal services.

Pretty disappointed with this Chase branch. Waited 15 minutes in line just to find out that there was “not enough banker coverage†to be added to my wife's checking account. Was told we would have to set up an appointment. Very sad because I know for a fact that other banks don't turn people's money away. Maybe I should try US bank?
