Worst location to go to. Sit and wait for almost 2 hours just to get to the banker to help me with CD maturing and smell like someone just burn something. Never gonna come back to this location again. Suck!!

Very helpful and courteous staff. Needed a notary to do notarizing things. The young man was very patient and helpful.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at this Chase Branch at 220 E Lake Mead Pkway. Short story: needed to confirm a deposit plus my login stopped working (heaven knows why) and the team squeezed me in between appointments to reset the password, confirmed the deposit for my business account and then also helped me with the personal accounts for a couple of matters. Anyway, the customer service by the folks at the counter and behind the desk was simply out of this world. I witnessed terrific customer service too, for a lady getting cash for her weekly rent too - so no matter who you are, no matter what your transaction size, you'll be treated very very well at this branch. I love seeing that.

called them 8x in 1 day I have my call log to validate. then in desperation called their 800 number and they even tried sooooo absolutely NO customer service available on phone. tried another location same thing I have an appt in 2 days trying to confirm they have a notary on duty. I already drove to the closer location by my home and was told they had such services which turned out to be false am currently seeking another bank and wont be returning to these clowns or W.Fargo either

They closed my account and would not release nearly 10k from my account. They claimed there was some suspicious activity on the account but instead of doing their due diligence or any sort of investigation, they required me to prove i owned a cash app account which had absolutely nothing to do with them. I sent them statements, screenshots, all kinds of proof but they still did not believe me. Then they made me spend 2k to get a written affidavit from a lawyer and you know what, after I sent that to chase THEY STILL DID NOT BELIEVE ME! Lucky, they are not really in charge. So after 3 months of wasting my time, money, energy driving around, making phone calls, I complained to a government agency and only after that because of the overwhelming amount of proof they were forced to release my funds. Let me tell you something. I've had at least 6 different bank accounts of which at least 2 closed and I've never had a problem getting money back from my closed account. Trust me if you are a business who makes daily transactions, DO NOT use chase. If there is some kind of fraud that is completely not your fault, they will totally not believe anything you say and WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE THE ABSOLUTE MOST EXTREMES TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!NOTE: Rest assured I will be suing Chase bank to get the money back from forcing me to get an affidavit from a lawyer which they ended up not even accepting.

I want to say thank you to the manager and teller (I don't recall their names) who helped me transfer money from my checking to an existing CD. It would seem that this would be an easy thing, but computer software being what it is required my debit card in order to transfer even though I had my ID and two credit cards and my account on my phone. They knew I was who I claimed to be, but the system would not allow them to do the transfer with out my debit card. Through a bit of creative maneuvering, the manager was able to get the money transfered. I appreciate them spending the extra time to get it worked out for me.

Very disappointed with their customer service. Went in at 4:30, no signs anywhere say they stop taking appointments at 4:30. Cashier was like nope can’t help you we stop taking appointments at 4. I needed to add a person to account and can’t do it online and again no where does it say 4 is the cut off. Bad customer service.

Do not come here to withdrawal a large amount of money. My husband just left after withdrawing out a large sum for a medical procedure I am having. Not only was the overall feeling uncomfortable- (he felt like he was being treated like a possible criminal)- they didn't offer to take him into a private area to count or distribute the exchange of money. They did it right out in the open and handed him over-stuffed envelopes. Glad he didn't get robbed on his way out to the parking lot since there was no privacy and the entire lobby saw the entire transaction and him leaving. This could have been handled in a much more professional manner. We are incredibly disappointed.

I opened my children a savings account with chase bank& got a fraud alert. In order to clear that up i was told i add to come to a branch and verify my identity. I went the branch off Stephanie in Henderson. I was told i had to come back @ 3 because the lady was on the phone & she's the only 1 & i can make an appointment . At this point I'm annoyed, they said over the phone i could just walk in. I leave and go to the branch off lake mead in Henderson, told the teller my issue just now i did at the last branch. She immediately looked up my account with my ID & called a number. It was a lengthy process maybe 15 mins or less. I wish i could've gotten her name but she wasn't wearing a tag on her shirt it was probably on her sweater. The teller at the Stephanie location could've did it but didn't want to because of the time consuming process so I'm glad that teller took time & helped me.

Have to schedule an appointment 2 weeks from now to add my husband as an authorized user on my account. Teller stated that the “1” person who can do it will be gone for the next week and he’s booked for the day. This seems like a simple process in which I need done asap and now I have to wait because you are short staffed. There should be a way to do this online or through customer service. I’m just saying.

The staff are always very helpful & cheerful, super polite. They always offer my puppy a milk bone and when a questionable charge comes to their attention, they text me if it's mine. If not, they replace the money in my account, while they investigate it. If it's a mistake or fraud, they leave their money in my account, and if not, they send me a text or letter to let me know that they'll take the money back . I've never had better service from a bank!
