store on Gibson and warm springs in henderson, you have a rude bunch of employees working here, been getting my coffee for almost a year and these guys just look at you and don't know how to greet, u got one with his face in his phone at the register and the other big one looks like he is always mad, I believe in saying good morning or good afternoon and even thank you! the only ones that SEE YOU are the female employees. Do better with the customer service, it can make a difference.

It's a place to hang out, you don't even have to gamble to sit at the machines. It depends on the late night employee. So it's just loud intoxicated people hanging out with the females cashier while they're working.

First time in this location as we just moved to the area. I was happy with the store (typical 7-eleven) but not so much with the customer service I received this Sunday morning. Sadly that's all it takes to lose new customers, I'll be driving the extra mile for my shopping.

Great little store with friendly staff of workers. Located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in henderson. The area hasn't changed any in the last 30 years. The unemployed still walk the streets. An occasional homeless person will cross your path. A lot of lower middle class to just above water peoples. Certainly not the epicenter of education. A lot of third and fourth generations walking about. Yes jr turned out just like his old man. And he also wears a wife beater. Totally A place full with lovers. Just like their parents where. And now the parents generation are leaving us. Jr gets the house he has lived at for 40 years. Yes a place lost to time. Progress is not in the DNA of people from this area. Dad was a heavy equipment mechanic. Now jr is one too. It's part of the doctrine for this area. Mostly white trash 3rd and fourth generations. Didn't surprise me any. That this part of henderson. Is stuck in time. Nor did it surprise me to see the sons of the fathers that were just the same. Reminds me of how fortunate I am to have grown up in a more progressive neighborhood. Where failures are not repeated. And we teach our own. Just like a trip in time. The more some things change. The more some things stay the same. Disappointing honestly to not have seen any progress. And we are talking 30 plus years since I last gazed through the old neighborhood. Thankfully not from the neighborhood. Where progress is a foren name. And jr still has that wife beater on. Better then north town though.

This store has been selling beer to kids under 21 years old. They’re not carding them at all. Mine has been getting beer from this 7-11 with no problem whatsoever and it’s going to stop ASAP

Okay so on July 10th, at 7:18PM I pulled into 7-11. I noticed when exiting my brand new car that the parking lot was covered in glass. The glass appeared to be from a car window being broken. I went into the store and found no associates. We got our stuff (could not find 12 packs or 2 liters of Diet Coke but that's okay) we got our stuff, went to the counter and waited. Finally a guy showed up, and slowly started ringing me up. I informed him of the glass in the parking lot. His reply was "Yeah. I saw that. Good thing I didnt see them do that, I would have F#@%3D them up" I was completely disgusted by the experience and I will be contacting corporate and the store owner regarding the laziness, disrespect and lack of customer service of the employee that allowed a health and safety concern to remain unattended for their customers. I will never visit again and I warn others against going to this location.

They are not doing anything to protect the associates or customers with the exception of separating people from being close to each other. There are no screens on the touchscreens, no gloves or facemasks. Plus the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Very upsetting.
