Melissa very evil , unhelpful manager … misplaced my car keys and yet they were unwilling to help with camera review. I requested for a store card Melissa started they had no store card , I requested for Amy’s information who they claimed was the general manager yet she declined to provide that information to me.
It just show little to no customer service concern. They weren’t helpful at all. BAD REPRESENTATION OF BURLINGTON COMPANY. Thankful i found the keys in a customer cart.

This Burlington violated my basic human rights. I shop at this store and a couple others around Las Vegas/Henderson a few times a year. I have a card with a high limit, so I like to get a lot at once and pay it off. Loading our carts (2 carts because we shop separate sections) with a suitcase, bags, shoes and clothes for our vacation coming up soon. My man went to try some things on and security took his cart. All of a sudden cops are surrounding us and telling us that they are suspicious of us shop lifting and the store trespassed us. We don’t understand what we did to provoke this, we never even had the chance to check out. We have never shoplifted, or even been accused of it before. We have no need to anyway. We worked very hard to get where we are in life. So we can go into a store and buy what we want, when we want. I have never been so offended and I am now traumatized. I spent my money at other stores, but now I am scared that I might be embarrassed or harassed by security very where I go. Burlington lost thousands this weekend from me and thousands a years that I spend there but I lost a lot more. My peace of mind and the fun I was having shopping for my once in a lifetime vacation.

Well that was more of an experience rather than a shopping trip. You walk in one way in, and same way out with only two doors open for all as you brush up against strangers in an entrance that feels more like a corral. I assume this is to mitigate stealing. Then you are literally followed and assumed to be a thief immediately no matter age, race, look, doesn't matter; are assigned a personal bodyguard to escort you through every section. My wording is exaggerated, but go and tell me yourself if I am wrong about that feeling.
It was SO uncomfortable, and we were 100% legit paying, so if that's the plan to prevent stealing. It's working.
But also, I felt rushed, we didn't buy many clothes bc we didn't know if they fit. It was like I was being eyeballed for lining up a shirt on him to see if it fit, was wrong. Just a bad vibe for malingering shopping, and actual buying trips.
Although, I scored two area rugs that feel like heaven and for a huge bargain. So all in all, it wasn't terrible but it sucked in weird ways.
This review makes zero sense - until you go there and "experience" it yourself.

This could be the only Burlington store that has the classic logo. When going inside, the interior is massive! I feel like this Burlington store is WAY more better than the one on Nellis Boulevard. I enjoy my visit with this location. The loss prevention worker, a woman, is very welcoming and kind and she didn't stopped us to ask us some useless questions, unlike any other store in the city of Las Vegas, of course here in the city of Henderson. Ours is on Eastern Avenue, our go to Burlington store. But this one has all the things we need. Also, there were four people behind the register. That's a good sign. However, as always, the line can get longer. But me and my mom enjoyed our time shopping at this Burlington store. It's amazing!
