I took my babies there for the birthday bear the blonde girl who helped us stuffthe bears was great but the other guy was not so great was really acting like he didn't even want to be there so kinda put a damper in our experience but otherwise it was nice lots of things to select from

This was our first time building a bear. The associate was BEYOND amazing!! I was completely surprised at how amazing he was with kids. He made it such a magical experience!!

The most wonderful experience ever! Stephanie was so sweet and made this such a special memorable experience . There were all types of plushies in stock and had a large selection to choose from & same goes for the clothes! Honestly a great price for a memory that will never die

I went in as Rain and made the cutest Kuromi with the nicest ladies at the front yesterday Monday 11.06.23 I really wish I got her name she was amazing! On my way out I stopped at Spencer's and set my box down for one second and someone stole the whole box with my kuromi I made. I was so devastated but the working manager on site gave me a customer service number to call and they are going to replace my baby! Thank you guys so much I couldn't be more thankful

Brought my 4 year old daughter here yesterday for her first time. She was so excited to make a Paw Patrol build a bear. The experience was not what we had hoped for. The lady who greeted us was kind and bubbly..had a great personality. By the time my daughter chose her animal, we had a different employee who came over to help us. She had 0 personality. I told her my daughter had never been to build a bear before, but she continued talking to my 4 year old like she should know what to do in the store instead of showing her around and instructing her on the steps. She didn’t smile once, had no enthusiasm at all. I feel sad for my daughter. I tried to make her experience exciting from my end, but it was a total weird and blah vibe from the employee. I didn’t get her name, but she had long dark hair, fake long lashes, and long fake nails. Not worth the $50
