As I was browsing through Brighton's online store from my home in Texas, I stumbled upon the perfect bracelets for my upcoming trip. Knowing that I would be passing through Henderson, Nevada in a couple of days, I decided to give the local Brighton store a call to see if they could arrange for me to pick up the item in person.
To my delight, I was connected with Jaz, a warm and helpful staff member at the Henderson store. Jaz not only assisted me with my selection but also made sure that everything would be ready for me to pick up upon my arrival. Her attention to detail and the care she took to ensure I had a great experience left me feeling extremely pleased and confident about my purchase.
Upon arriving at the store, Jaz greeted me with a friendly smile and presented my chosen gifts bracelets, which looked even better in person. I left the store with a happy heart, not only because of my beautiful new purchase but also due to the exceptional level of service Jaz provided. Her dedication truly made a lasting impression on me.
Filled with gratitude, I continue to endorse Brighton for their high-quality products, excellent selection, and, most importantly, the outstanding level of personalized service that Jaz and the team provided me.

Ladies who work there are always extremely nice and polite. Just disappointed that less than 6 months my necklace tarnished ,looking like it came from a gumball machine ,hopefully they will replace it or refund $ because in none of the books does it say they will tarnish or turn color at the price we pay for them they definitely shouldnt ,love the spectrum heart necklace but disappointed hopefully they fix the issue for us !!!

I’m a Brighton addict… the handbags are lovely , top quality and well made . I have purses that I bought years ago that look almost as great as the day I bought it. I’m kind of tough on a handbag so I know they are quality to last like they do. The jewelry is unique, fun and hard to resist . The store staff is outstanding and go above and beyond to help you . I love this place and you will too…

I used to shop here all the time Cannot stand coming in being hounded by a particular salesperson I literally want to run when I see her Shes pushy and annoying and not helpful

I love Brighton products. I have a few purses, and live buying gifts for friends and teachers from Brighton. That being said, I don't love all the sales people on this store. I have gone in looking for one thing and many sales representatives try to steer me in another direction. I actually convinced myself I needed two purses once because of the savvy of a salesperson - the second purse has never been used. Make sure to stay away from the salespeople who try to hard to show you what they like. I've started shopping at the Fashion Show location - or on line.

I went into the Brighton store today…. Three staff members greeted me, then one by one asked if they could help. I repeatedly replied no thanks just looking… however I was watched and watched. It just became creepy they stand there and stare right at you not realizing at all that it makes the customer feel so uncomfortable to a point I just walked out. I probably NO I won’t return. If the customer has any questions there will be a staff member just 2 inches away! ??

Such a sweet and helpful group of ladies! My boyfriend wanted to get something for his aunt and they helped him find a beautiful necklace as well as a matching bracelet to complete the set! Awesome customer service!!
