Went to get my girlfriend a completely new setup to start in a league. 2 balls a bag and shoes. Us not knowing to much about the technology the employees there were extremely patient and knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed what so ever and they gave us their professional opinions. Definitely happy with the purchase and happy we ended up at this pro shop. Thank you again Todd and Marty

Cant recommend this place enough. I know next to nothing about the sport of bowling. I came into the shop to get a ball, my first ball, and the experience couldn’t have been more easier and informative. First of all, Todd is the man. He answered any trivial, d*** question I had with the most respect and patience. The guy has a tangible love for the game, and wants to see you get better. He was extremely accommodating, there was a few groups of people in the store and he made sure everybody was taken care of. He spent a lot of time with me and my brother, picking our brains about what type of players we are and learning more about our individual game. We spent hours in the shop talking game until he drilled out balls. The guy was nice enough to throw in free stuff, give us a few free games in the alley. He cares so much about the game and his customers, he came out onto the alley when we were playing and gave a little coaching too. People who operate their business like this are few and far between. Shout out to my boy Jason, who drilled my brother’s ball to perfection. The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Todd and everyone at this BowlersMart are so friendly, professional and accommodating. My friend & I drove 2 hours to shop here. We both bought a ball, bag and shoes. They were so patient and helpful with us as an amateurs that knows nothing. We were so impressed that we drove 2 hours again 2 days later and both bought another ball. 5 stars for sure!

Todd was so helpful and professional. I came in with questions and a unique scenario, but he was able to handle it all with confidence. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and is the type of guy who you feel comfortable buying all your gear from without a fear of being scammed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I joined a bowling league and want to up my game this year. Todd with BowlersMart helped me with a full setup — ball, shoes, bag, and ball care. He also helped me understand some things on a timeline that only 20+ years of bowling, fitting people, and drilling bowling balls could shorten. Come to this shop for your bowling gear. Be sure to tell Todd he’s a genius.

I just want to let the public know of the great customer service that Todd has provided us, for the third time, today.We first went into Sunset Strike Zone Bowlers Mart when my son wanted to get his own bowling ball and gift me one as well. Todd answered all our questions and recommended the best beginner's ball for both my son and I. After the exceptional service we received from him, we went back to him for the second time to get my husband his own bowling ball. Again, Todd's customer service was exceptionally well and measured and drilled by husband's ball perfectly.The third time, as we were about to try the Bowlers Mart at Red Rock, since it was the closest to where we live, the customer service at Red Rock was not the same as we had expected. We came in there looking to purchase new balls for my twin 15 year old boys. We came in at 4:40 and the store closes at 6:00. We were advised that they stopped drilling balls at 4:30 and if we wanted a ball, to come back tomorrow. We had also asked if we can pre select the balls and have the boys measured now, and come back the next day to pick up the balls. Tom indicated just to come back the next day to do all of that. We then asked him which balls he had recommended for my boys' as this will be their first bowling ball and are beginners. We were shown the more expensive balls, to which we were told were good starter balls. The balls we were shown seemed to be more for experienced bowlers and were definitely more expensive to the previous balls we have purchased for myself, my husband, and my older son. I'm not sure if the intention was for us to spend more or get us out the door already. Whatever it was, not the customer service I was accustomed to that Todd had given us at Sunset Station.I told my husband I don't want to go back to Red Rock Bowler's Mart to get the ball. It'll be better for us to drive back to Henderson and purchase there. Before we headed back to Sunset Station, we opted to give Red Rock a chance by calling the store to find out if they had the particular balls we were interested in. The call was unanswered and we had left a message to which we are still awaiting response. We had also called the Santa Fe Bowler's Mart, to which the direct phone line only rings busy, and the main line is a voice message which says, that extension is unavailable. We had also sent an email to the Sante Fe Station one and the email bounced back. I sent a message through the website contact us button, to which I have yet to also receive a response.After several attempts with Red Rock and Santa Fe, I told my husband just to call Todd at Sunset Station. Immediately, on the first ring, the phone was answered and Todd indicated the balls we were looking for were available. So we landed up trekking ourselves back to Henderson, which we didn't mind since we knew the exceptional customer service we were going to get from Todd. We so appreciate you, Todd and all your input and recommendations for our boys' first bowling balls. Your customer service is beyond exceptional! Thank you.

My boyfriend LOVES bowling. He is so dedicated to it and works so hard at it so when he mentioned that he wanted the new Storm Night Road I saw an opportunity to surprise him with what he wants. I knew that Todd at BowlersMart in Henderson at Sunset Station Strike Zone drilled his bowling balls and was someone he trusted. I was so happy when I reached out to Todd and he told me he not only had the ball in stock but could drill it without my boyfriend being there. Todd wasn't misleading when he said that, my boyfriend LOVES his new ball and it is drilled perfectly. Todd let me watch the process, politely explaining each step and his assistant James was equally pleasant and the two of them made for an excellent experience. I cannot say enough about Todd and how serious he takes his work and how superb his customer service is. Todd really cares about his customers and I would recommend anyone I know to his store. If you are looking to get into bowling or to surprise a loved one like I was there is no one I would say is better than Todd and his team at BowlerMart. Thank you for your excellent service and giving me the chance to surprise my boyfriend with a great gift that I know will get tons of use.

Todd was amazing! Both me and my friend have never had our own bowling ball and we are enjoying bowling more and more that we saw a need to invest to better our game and become more consistent. Todd knows his balls. He was able to help guide me and my friend into selecting the best balls for us and help guide us to bowl better. His ball handling advice was invaluable thank you Todd!

Third bowling ball purchased from Todd "Hollywood" Adams at Bowlers Mart, today, the new Storm Super Nova. Todd is the man. Gracious, humble, a great listener and generous with his time and knowledge. I have seen him interact with other customers and he is the epitome of consistent. The insight he has provided to me has helped me elevate my game and his recommendations have been spot on. The drills are perfect for me, he came out watched me throw and got me set up the right way the first time. Everything when dealing with Todd has been on the level. Do not let the location deter you. It is right inside the Strike Zone Bowling Center at Sunset Station, parking is plentiful, the walk inside is short and get a free game to go try out your new ball. Best of all Todd will more than likely come out and watch you throw and even give you a tip or two. This guy really cares about his customers and respects the Bowlers Mart brand. Kudos to Todd and to Bowlers Mart.I would recommend NO one else in town other than Todd. He is passionate about the game and his knowledge is off the charts. No one and I mean no one else will ever get my business in Las Vegas. I encourage you to go and talk with him before you purchase anywhere else. Bought my first bowling ball on my birthday, and Todd knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to steering people in the right direction. I have bowled here and there but recently decided to pick it up as a hobby, and I definitely picked the right people to help. Todd sold me my first ball. I strayed from the flock and went to a different shop and worked with someone who just could not match up to Todd Adams at Bowlers Mart in Henderson. Thanks to countless people I met (Vegas is a small town if you were not aware) I learned Todd is who I should have been dealing with the whole time. My mistake - but a mistake I fixed by reaching out to Todd and asking him to help me get right.Todd is a different kind of guy. He is not hung up on his ego, he is not controlling and he is not the "other" guys. Todd SHARES his knowledge and LISTENS carefully. He wants his customers to be satisfied and most of all succeed in achieving their bowling goals. Todd came out to the lanes and watched me throw while offering some little bits of insight and knowledge to help me along the way. Todd took the time to ensure that not only was I purchasing the right bowling balls to fit my style of play but also that they were drilled perfectly.But it wasn't just me - I saw Todd talking with countless people and selflessly offering up knowledge and wisdom that come with the years of experience he has. I love this game and strive to be the best I can be. But the reality is you cannot get there without a top shelf, five star ball driller and consultant to guide you along the way.
