Went in to acquire a new IPhone 15 but walled out empty handed. The attendant had me scan a qrcode and told me the purchase was to be done online.That option clearly didn't work either.I gave up in Boost Mobile and went online to Consumer Cellular and very easily signed up for the new IPhone 15 and have it shipped to my home with a reduced monthy payment plan.So far, Consumer Cellular is winning more of my business.

I called with a couple of questions before signing up. I had only one follow up question because I didn't understand why if I opened an account that they wouldn't let me insure a phone I'd bring over... she made it seem like I'd have to spend a $1000 on a new phone just to get a phone insured if I signed up with them. She then said, "I have customers in the store, may I put you on hold"... it was a very short conversation to begin with and I only needed one clarification for me to decide if I was going to sign up today... I am a customer... but because I wasn't in the store I'm not a customer enough? Couldn't spend 30 more seconds clarifying the insurance situation? Gets a 3 star rating from me for that.

Bought a phone from Best buy. With an incompatible Sim card. Boost fixed me up in no time. Even gave me a deal on a protective cover.

This place is super nice. The staff is friendly and if they cant fix your problem they will call the manager to do it for them. Seemed super fast and the girl called everyone by name when they came thru the door.

They don't stand behind what they sell. Purchased Samsung A11 new, then less than 30 days later it failed. They agreed it was broke, refused to replace it, and turned us away telling us "It's your problem not ours" forcing us to deal with endless phone calls and run around from the manufacturer.
