Absolutely love Big's furniture! Not only did I have a great experience shopping here, the prices are unbeatable and the team of employees were amazing! Kimberly and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure I loved my purchases. They were professional, friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be shopping here again for future purchases and I highly recommend this place!

Went to look for a living room set and I was surprised at how much merchandise this place had. Mac was very helpful and showed us several pieces. He was not pushy at all, and was very kind to have a conversation with my husband about sports. The sale price we were quoted helped too. I definitely would recommend this store. They have so much in stock. I would go back for sure.

Store manager Kimberly is deceitful! Customer service is not her concern “ her employees sale is”. Asked for upper management to give me a call since she refuses to offer any type of contact for them and she refuses that also. For a family owned business she puts this business to shame.

The staff was friendly and very helpful the only bad thing was the delivery service it's very inconvenient , as if no one works in this town their delivery service is $129 that they don't make it convenient for anybody because their time for delivery is only between 1 and 5pm. They should lower the price on delivery since it's very inconvenient for people

Beautiful store with a great variety of furniture. Allison was the young lady who helped us. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We purchased a sectional which we haven’t received yet. Looking forward to getting it. The prices were good as well.

Furniture is not worth the headache of a promising delivery, never had a smooth delivery with this company , took me SEVERAL weeks to recieve half my furniture and was promised a sooner date.

First time we had ever been to this store we were discriminated against for having a disability. The staff need some serious training on sensitivity to individuals with disabilities and equal access.
The associate not only humiliated myself and my husband but directed us to the clearance section in back.
There is no option for zero stars but this place should definitely be inspected by the City of Henderson for compliance.
