Don’t go to Big Lots when they email you specials. They never get the merchandise in and say that it’s sold out. This is not true especially on Riffle Coffee. The manager came clean and confirmed that it never came in. I went to the Henderson Nevada store on three occasions. I have been a rewards member for years and I don’t know if I will ever go back. Very disappointed ☹️

Big Lots always has great Deals, but this location was Loaded full of $avings, and Stocked Shelves with Plenty of Inventory; unlike others I've visited!

My brother was at this store today 12/18 around 10:30am, he asked an old lady cashier where to find an item and she said “ It’s not my job but to find what your looking for!” It was a good thing I wasn’t with my brother or that RUDE GROUCHy OLD CASHIER would have been her last day!

My brother was asking an old lady cashier today 12/ 18 at round 10:30 am where to find an item and she said "It's not my job to find your item!" Its a good thing I wasnt with my brother today or that old grouchy RUDE cashier would have been her last day at work!
