I have to say I would give five stars Plus like I did before about a year-and-a-half ago. As it stands today my apologies but I have to give 3 stars. The owner is a great great man very Kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I took my car in 3 months ago and I finally had to go pick it up because I couldn't afford to pay for it anymore to get it out knowing that they haven't worked on it in 2 months. When I did have the money...... When I picked it up I got a dead battery completely dead he did not tell me that wasn't the owner of course it was one of his employees who is very rude on the phone to you when you call. Now I called several times saying are you going to work on my car are you going to work on my car when is my car going to be done . I did this for 2 months . Every time I called he would say the owner was busy. About my car every time I tried to start it it wouldn't start the battery was dead I charge the battery several times I always had to get a jump it was ridiculous. I get it maybe it was because my car sat for 2 months but aware me that my battery is dead. ... I will never go back there sorry to say the rudeness of the gentleman now working there I think he's worked there for a minute and the fact that it was taking up to two months and they haven't even started on my car. Personally I think the owners being bullied by this employee. That's just my opinion.

I have known George all my life and he never changed. Honest and does not rip people off. He has always done all work the best it can be done. Do yourself a favor and go there you won't be disappointed.

George the owner is very helpful. I brought my car from another shop that claimed I needed this and that and george held the car for a few days to check it out and the issues the other shop was claimed. Thanks for your honesty I will definitely come back to you for all work on my car

Was referred by a friend that BG doesn't take advantage of customers especially women like myself.Has a beeping red light on the dashboard and took my car there.BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!It not only took them a whole week with my car at the shop....only to pay $300 and I left the shop with the red light still going and beeping. Bottom line is they scammed me out of that money only to get my car back in worse shape. They also told me and it's on my receipt that I need a new engine. The engine was and is in great shape. They also said I needed my right front axle replaced when all it had was a tiny rip in it but not necessary to replace.So, WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR ANYTHING AT BG Auto on Foster right behind The Skyline bar.Shame on them especially since I'm only getting a social security check monthly.They knew that and I'man older woman so I was their perfect target.I thoroughly believe they should reimburse me my $300 as they never fixed the issue and it was worse than when it came inPLEASE DO NOT GO TO BG Auto!!!!!!

Honest, knowledgeable. I feel like this place will never rip me off. Small shop with a couple of mechanics working there. George is the owner and is friendly and quirky. I've only had one car repaired, but I love them so far.

George and his team are AWESOME! They fixed my Ford Escape Hybrid quick, the price was VERY reasonable, and they were SO nice and helpful. I DEFINITELY recommend Big G Auto!!

I couldn’t be happier. George (owner) has years of experience in this field, with the professional knowledge. He worked on my power steering pump and rack and pinion at the very reasonable rate. While others were giving me wrong information, about my car. Job well done!
