Gorgeous location, tons of parking, easy to find, pleasant breezeway, indoor and outdoor seating, tidy, fun color scheme, great signage, lots of flavors, options for cups, cones, drinks, cakes, etc., waffle cones made fresh, friendly staff, free samples, catchy music, clean atmosphere/scent, good portions and prices, "A" all around.

Difficult parking. For the price that is charged for ice cream, I expect the interior seating to be better, much better.

Ordered a banana split and milkshake. Banana spilt was literally melted to the point of it leaking and getting everywhere as soon as we got it and opened it, and there were no bananas in it. Milkshake was okay. Super disappointed overall.

We came here this past Saturday night after dinner. My GF and I shared a waffle cone cup with 2 scoops of half baked with chocolate sprinkles. It's my favorite flavor so of course I loved it! The service was okay. Wasn't bad or great. The two guys working weren't too personable. But that's fine, I can't complain too much. Looked like an average ice cream shop, very similar to baskin robbins to be honest. Definitely prefer Ben & Jerry's though over any other ice cream! Wish there was one near my house. ):

Happened to be staying at the nearby GVR, decided to go on a walk and being a very hot day I was elated to see Ben & Jerry’s close by! Obviously decided to stop in for a scoop and was happy to see my favorite, Phish Food.The scoop was delicious as always, the service was great but only gripe is the size of the location. As soon as the indoors has over three customers it’s seemingly shoulder to shoulder. So if you aren’t a fan of close quarters this may not be your favorite location.

This cake turned out perfect for our son's Fortnite Birthday party. I really liked that this cake was purely made out of our favorite ice cream flavors and chocolate cookie crumbles. Our kids don't like traditional cake, so this was perfect. I chose the blue sky design and added the Fortnite characters I got off Amazon. In the past we've ordered from Baskin Robbins, but haven't always loved the cake or the way they decorated.

It's ben and Jerry's! the line was long 2 workers, working it, and doing what they do. They give you the attention you need, when it's your turn! Worth the wait! Yes! I got chunky monkey and......salted Carmel, I'm glad I put it in my caption!, on a chocolate dipped cone with nuts on it. That waffle cone was amazing, even the flavor of Ice cream I don't remember what it was amazing!

Staff here is super friendly. I work for the delivery apps and I get a bunch of pickups for here. They are always a pleasure to deal with. 5/5 on customer service.

Always hits the spot. Stopped in after dinner for some of my favs. Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz and Chocolate Therapy in a big waffle cone. It's a small clean store with no inside seating. Staff was very friendly. Fun names and flavor combos inside The District right next to the parking lot. Easy in and out.
