Friendly and helpful, assisted in changing my battery and got me on the road again without any difficulty. Was able to move the tube over my battery that the engine is designed with to put in the new one easily on my Nissan.

Can't talk highly enough about this place. Matt, you rock. Good to see genuine great customer service. Just above and beyond. Price and service is a 10. If you are in a bind financially, do yourself a favor and go here. They treat you like your buying a $300 dollar battery.

Mathew Olson did a great job helping me with the battery connection to my Jeep. The factory connection is cheap and kept loosening up.
I was recommended this Battery X-Change from another company I went to for help.

I needed to replace the 36 volt lead-acid battery system on my golf cart with a 48 volt lithium unit. Matt Olson took care of me. The service he provided was absolutely world class. Not only is he highly knowledgeable about batteries and associated equipment, but he is efficient, friendly and works as a consultative sales technician without any hint of sales pressure. My cart now runs better than ever and I feel like I was treated extremely well and fairly. If you need any kind of battery I recommend you see Matt at Battery X-Change before you go anywhere else!

Matthew was super helpful to us when we came in with a battery that was dead. Autozone had told us the battery was no good and needed a new one, after seeing Matt he said let’s charge it overnight and see if it works. Called me the next day and said the battery is as good as new, holding the charge well. Went to pick it up and he didn’t charge us for it! Extremely grateful for his help! Recommend 100%!

When I called to see if they carried my battery the young man couldn't have been nicer. They had it waiting for us and tested our old battery. The guy was honest and gave us a little break on the price!

I apologize for the long review.. I went to the big box store with a W in there name to have the battery installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude V6 3.6 I called they said yes we have the battery and we can install it no problem got there early well got there ready to buy it and have it installed the employee said we don't have the knowledge experience or tools sorry we can't etc I left upset called literally every auto parts store in Las Vegas NV everyone said we can't install it go to Jeep DealershipI was about to untill I googled Battery Xchange in Henderson NV I just drove there expecting the same thing like the others with NO we can't install the battery.Well I got there and first thing I was greeted and i told them my problem with my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude he introduced himself Matt. he was glad to look at my vehicle with his buddy don't remember his name but both came to see my Jeep and said we can do it no problem with excitement he suggested batteries and services but needed a new battery asap he had to order it mean while he would have a emergency battery loaner on my car untill the new one would arriveI told Matt if I could just purchase the battery my self locally he said of course I purchased it the battery and his buddy that I don't remember his name went above and beyond to install the batteryI highly recommend excellent customer service and experience Matt and the guy that installed the battery on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude thank you so much.I will refer anyone I know to go to you guys.please support small business mom and pop stores Henderson Las Vegas areas...

Went here for my Mazda 6 battery. Everyone on staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and definitely had no issues answering what may be a slew of silly questions. The pricing was super affordable! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great electric golf cart motor repair experience. Had to get motor rebuild due to melted motor terminals and was sent to Battery X-Change from another golf cart repair shop. Cole (the shop manager) was extremely easy to talk to, very professional and explained clearly what the process would be and approximate cost if the motor was fixable. He also explained that the motor was of better quality than say most new replacements (last option). Turnaround was within a week and the repair was less expensive than expected. Motor runs like brand new! Would highly recommend Battery X-Change and Cole as the face of the company. Thanks for the great service!

I walked in at 4;59 pm as they were closing with a starter off a 1950 ford pickup. They were busy closing and shutting down for the day, and cole took time to check and fix the starter. The truck starts perfect, we can say thank you enough. I highly recommend this place for your starter and battery needs, great prices on labor and batteries. Thank you again, Michael
