“Every time I go to this store, I get the help I need and the tools/ items I'm looking for. The customer service here is excellent, helpful, and fast. The associates here go out of their way to ensure you are a satisfied customer, and they fix any issues that may pop up. For instance, a part that was ordered never arrived, so these guys tracked my part down and ensured I had it 48 hours later. They made sure to keep me updated on the delivery of my part, and made sure it arrived as expected. This is definitely my go-to store for my vehicles.”
“Went there with a battery problem as I purchased my prior one there. Another shop told me my battery was fine and tried to sell me on a starter. Glad it went back to O'Reilly's for another opinion. They tested my battery and alternator told me my battery was shot and that was it. Honored the warranty! They replaced it quickly and sent me on my way. Thank you Paul.
