I stopped there because my battery in my car was dead. Jose greeted me when I came in and helped me find the correct battery and then came out to my car to put it in since I didn't have any tools with me.
He was great and I really appreciated his help!

Went to this store #6294 on on 3/16/24 and bought acetone. Got home, and the cap was defective and wouldn't open. I drove all the way back there to exchange it at 8:30pm, and asked for a discount. The guy was rude and wouldn't honor that. Not going back there again.

DO NOT TRUST AUTOZONE!!! My husband and I have been repeat customers for YEARS and tried to replace our LIFETIME WARRANTY brake pads (ones we've ALREADY HAD PROBLEMS WITH PRIOR to) and once again, they can't find the warranty!! The brake pads we purchased AUTOMATICALLY come with a lifetime warranty but the dude couldn't find it in their system... He could see EVERY OTHER PART we have warranties on purchased from there but not the one we need... EVEN THOUGH I LITERALLY HAVE THEM IN MY HAND!! SMDH... Go to ADAVANCED AUTO PARTS because they are MUCH MORE COURTEOUS and WAY MORE EFFICIENT!!! ???

We were returning home to AZ from Las Vegas when our car battery died. We were able to get to this Auto Zone location and received exceptional service. I believe Juan is the name of the associate that helped us at the counter. He even gave us tools to help get the battery out in the parking lot. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately, I can only give one star, but I wish I could put zero. I called down to this Autozone location to get a receipt corrected because they printed the wrong one. The lady who answered the phone was no help at all and seemed more interested in arguing than providing assistance. She insisted that they couldn't email us a receipt and that we would have to physically be there to get it. It's incredibly frustrating that she implied I would need to fly to Vegas, get an Uber, and physically be there just to get a receipt corrected. This level of customer service is disappointing and unacceptable.
