Would like to give a shout out to Jason! Went there to get my battery tested ( and needed a new one) and Jason installed the new one. He was friendly, professional and politely asked a homeless man to please leave when he approached my vehicle. Jason you rocked!

went in to have my engine checked at around 8 pm. the person there told me that they dont do run check engine lights after dark even though ive come in there after dark multiple times before and had no issues. i am only able to go after dark due to work, and the man said that bc it was a saturday and they were "super busy" that he would not be helping me, even though i was the only person in the store. it would not have taken more than five minutes to run the code through the system, and i believe it was very rude of the person working to not hear me out.

When I went to Valvoline down the street on wigwam and pecos I was referred to AutoZone because my battery was in the orange zone. I listened to the advice went right to autozone... now here's where the frustration begins... in 2021 I bought a BRAND NEW BATTERY from this autozone and then had to come back in 2022 to replace the battery.. thankfully it was covered under warranty... then here I am in 2023 pulling into the same parking lot with the same issue not nearly A YEAR LATER. I approached the counter nicely hoping to get help with a battery that had been replaced a year prior, I was told we can't replace it because it's out of warranty even thought they supplied this battery to me less than a year ago... so I asked for a manager. After waiting almost 20 minutes EUGENE, the store manager, decided to come out from the shelves and tell me there was nothing he could do and gave me the same story. Now I asked for the district number, I was provided the number for the store. I sat in the parking lot and before leaving called to make sure I had the right now, Leon a manager from another store was inside and ran outside to help me when he realized I was outside. He tried begging Eugene to change my battery for free and apologized for the way I have been treated. It was not until then, Leon referred me to the district number. I left a voicemail tonight for the district manager and look forward to getting a new battery from EUGENE. While speaking with the lovely man Leon, the older woman, who initially helped me started talking trash while getting into her car that evening. It is safe to say, I will be following up on how I was treated tonight by these employees at Eastern on Wigwam!

Just left here, Darryl was very condescending and passive aggressive. As if his big self wanted to make myself and my boyfriend feel small. Then claimed we gave him an attitude. He was a store manager. I guess he doesn’t realize the color of his skin but he was black man who acted like he was the whitest of white men, with his chest poked out and his hands on his hips. Reason why I say this is because he racially profiled my boyfriend. He was extremely nasty. I’m bringing this to corporate. “Well you would know this if you worked at autozone”. He was huffing and puffing because he had to type in a phone number. I’d be embarrassed to have him head of my company. I can’t wait to bring this to the public eye. He shouldn’t be the head of a thing. Darryl I will not stop till we get the outcome we deserve

Car was struggling to turn on. I went here to have my battery tested...for free. They did- with a smile. Turns out I needed a new battery. They installed it for me...for free. I paid for the battery by the way- it was not free...lol. It was a smooth process. I was there for all of 30 minutes and that was because there was a line. So glad Auto Zone offers this service.
