I have an upcoming appointment and I was told that my doctor did not send the referral so after multiple frustrating weeks of babysitting my doctors office and then finally sending over the referral according to them. I'm unable to reach anybody at ATI to make sure that they received the referral. I also noticed there are multiple locations way closer to my house and I wanted to change my appointment to a closer location. Every single time I call ATI I get a recording and I am forced to leave my phone number for a "call back". The system says you can wait on hold or you can leave a phone number. I've called you so many times that I was willing to wait on hold for however, long was necessary. However, after a few minutes, the system forces you to leave your phone number for a call back and then they.NEVER CALL BACK. This is happened multiple times. There's nothing I hate more than having my time wasted. And I also did not realize that this is the same institution that I had a very bad experience with in the wigwam location. So I guess they'll figure out I'm not coming when I don't show up because I certainly cannot get a hold anybody to tell them I'm canceling my appointment.

All the trainers work hard to make sure you get the best help and workout. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Waited for desk person to acknowledge my appointment to sign me in for 20 minutes. Finished working with one patient then went right on to the next patient who had just walked in. When questioned, he stated I could just go back to the therapy section after signing in. This was my first appointment for therapy. I guess I was supposed to use the Force. Therapists were great.

Great group of people. They have helped me to get back into shape for my golf game. No longer do I have pain in my shoulder. I highly recommend ATI for all your physical therapy.

Everyone at this ATI location is wonderful! They are all considerate of each patient’s needs and are thorough with explaining exercises and home activities.

The two hand therapist are excellent. The place is pretty busy but you don’t feel rushed. The exercises they give you for there and home are a huge help.

The PTs are great…they’ve made a challenging but necessary experience enjoyable. Update 8/2023: I just had my last session and have to again give 5⭐️s to Casey and her team (Sara, Erin & Katie). I learned a lot about my injury, my body and how to continue healing on my own and prevent future injury. It was a great experience.

ATI is extremely helpful before even entering the doors for treatment. Their front office staff was responsive and kind in working around my schedule, even when I accidentally missed an appointment.The treatment itself was very helpful and the environment was calm and yet one of pushing people to get better.If I ever have another injury where I need treatment, I will absolutely choose ATI.
