On one of the busiest shopping days, Labor Day, corporate decided to close stores at 5pm. I placed online order for store pickup; when called ? to inquire about status told by store associate that they are too busy, closing in 10 minutes and not even looking at online orders for store pickup. Update: at 5:05pm receiver email order was ready for pickup, yet store closed at 5pm

Staff here are fantastic- absolute pleasure every time I visit. I only wish the store held stock of more colors options. I frequently am trying on fits in store and ordering different colors online. But if you are looking for black, white, navy & tan they will have it in stock. Also would be great to see more of athleta’s petite options in store.

Retail store during holidays closed at 6:00 during the week. Funny LuLuLemon closes at 7:00 guess where I spent my $. Management needs to clear house here staff isn’t warm and inviting with prior visits.It’s a shame that LuLu is above Athleta now in the District.

I've been to this location a few times and every time I've been treated like why was I in there or as if I'm a thief. Most of the staff have a snooty personality and seem to look down on people and this isn't the first experience at this location . I'm sorry that's not how you treat customers, should be equal service to everyone! I can afford your store but to be honest with it supposedly" being an upper scale store where I'm spending more than target I would think I would get better service ! I have had better service at target!

I went straight to the two sale sections (mostly winter stuff). There were a few clerks on the floor along with another customer. I snapped a few pics for reference. There was a super soft hoodie for under $50. There was a super soft v-neck sweater also in the same price range. There was a teal tankini top marked way down. Womens athleisure and athletic wear & the Athleta Girl is on the right side of the store. Clean store. Nice layout. Not so tight. Room to move. It's funny that there is a store on our side of town at Boca Park, but we've never stopped inside, and this is in Henderson, but we've been here.

I've purchased many items at Athleta. The quality is top notch and the selection is good. Last week I went to the location at The District. Someone, I'm assuming a supervisor or manager, had the sales staff singularly focused on tasks she was assigning, putting clothes away, etc. Because of this they had to attend to the merchandise, instead of the customers. I felt a bit neglected. They were so busy with her tasks I opted to fend for myself instead of interrupting to ask questions.
