If you want to be treated with the most DISRESPECT then this is YOUR kind of place.Well i have been only once and in only a couple of minutes I started to hear arguments from one employee to a kind costumer until he shouted loudly about the gas prices going up. And I was also shouted by a very aggressive and rude behaved employee with red hair and pricings on her face. As she told me why I was about to use the men's restroom for. And for what? I was waiting for to use the women's restroom since it was packed in their. And yeah there was a small line outside so I don't know why that lady in red had to shout at me for that. Soon as after I used the restroom I left and went back the the hotel I was staying at. Since am pm is right across from where the M resort I was at. Very rude person and non caring employee never will return here again.

Went here August 7th 2023 after work around 6pm and lady at the register with some piercings on her face, I think by her chin or lip with redish hair was rude.She always seems annoyed when I shop here .

Front desk cashier felt she had the right to comment on my husbands mask as she was wearing it below her nose so far down her teeth were showing. What a joke

Karen was very loud and disrespectful to me. She refused to break any large bills. She refused to let me continue checking out with another worker. Very unprofessional.

I just moved into the neighborhood and I'm pretty easy going. You have a few nice employees that kept me visiting a month or so, until this morning. At 5 am I'm exhausted myself and am running in and out. I always have a good attitude, because I once was a manager of a convenience store, but you have 2 very rude women that were working this morning. I walk in along with several customers that are yelled at that your store is closed. If said nicely, I probably would have just walked off, but I had some things to say. I've never been treated so rudely and I don't understand why you would shut a busy store down with 2 workers counting a drawer. How many employees does it take to count a drawer and do people deserve to be treated like dogs as customers? I took my business down the road to the new gv grocery where i was treated like royalty. I'll pay a little extra for good customer service and bonus is, they even have a car wash.

Karen is extremely rude. She humiliated my husband in front of our kids. All because he had difficulty giving her his birthdate (English is not his 1st language). I asked to see the manager and there wasn't one. Another woman, Susan, who was finished with her shift came out and started yelling and my mother and I. She claimed to be there when Kate humiliated my husband. Which was not true because my kids and my husband never saw her. She went crazy yelling at us. The other employee who witnessed Karen's behavior was very helpful and was going to talk to the manager about what happened. Reading the reviews, Susan has been complained about soooo many times, I don't understand why she is still employed there. Karen also needs to be less ignorant about other cultures.

My husband went in with my kids to buy some drinks. He was carded because he bought liquor. He gave his licence no problem. The woman at the counter asked his birthday, it took him a couple seconds to answer because English is not his 1st language. She started to make fun of him because he didn't say it right way. He gave her the year then day then month. She made MORE fun of him because he said it wrong. He left humiliated and my kids had to witness someone treat their father like that. They left the store upset that he got treated so poorly.

While getting gas I went in to get some pouches. Decided to buy a log. Walked out the door to my car and started to open the log only to notice she gave me the wrong one. So I walked back in to tell her and she says "Nope, one tobacco leaves the doors it is no longer refundable". I don't want a refund. I just want the kind I asked you for and for you to correct your mistake. She just stares at me with this stupid look on her face and says "Ialready said nope". This place and this lady is an utter joke. Someone hired this piece of work. I wonder how that interview went...

Dropped by for some snacks. Usual expectations of gas station convenience store. Employees wear masks, (3) social distancing markers on floor one of which is at first register, (2) at second register which the 2nd is really close to front door preventing actual social distancing. No floor markers for additional registers. I was not a fan of cashier handing me change without sanitizing between customers or wearing gloves. They do have plexiglass in the customer/cashier interface. Good selection on snacks and drinks. Juices, electrolyte, hydration water, energy drinks with a wide inventory. They also have an app that will allow you to get special deals. Overall a decent place to stop on your way into or out of Vegas. Nothing spectacular, but definitely better prices compared to the state line services.

If you want to be disrespected and want poor customer service then this is the store to go to! I went in there to buy cigarettes and to get gas and the cashier(Susan) threw MY state ID!!! I have changed my hair color since i got my state ID that was it! It really didn't bother me the fact that she wasnt sure if it was really me or not because with the whole face mask who can tell right now anyways... I am a cashier too i know what they go thru sometimes but my visit there was beyond rediculous and unprofessional! She could have delt with the situation a whole lot more professional! She could have said sorry ma'am I cant tell whether or not this is really you so i wont be able to accept it and everything would have been fine but she threw my ID instead. I just dont want it to happen to any one else! Definitely getting ahold of her manager and or Corporate about this incident as well!

Dear AMPM support,pleased be advised that you have a very rude employee by the name of Susan working at your 4161 Saint Rose Parkway Henderson, Nevada store. My experience was so unbelievably bad that one of your other employees mentioned to me outside the store that she was surprised she has not been terminated by now and apologized to me. I mentioned not to worry about it but I would attempt to reach out to cooperate let them know its concerning. Looking into the matter. The moral of the story is, if you follow through, good things can happen.

Located near the M Casino, close to the I-15. Gas is average price, the service has always been good. The have a carwash on site with free vacuum self service. They have an air compressor on site that cost's $1.00.

The older lady that works at night is very rude and unprofessional. The car wash got stuck when I tried to run my car through, so I called the store. They tell me to drive through it while its off and dry because "it happens all the time" so i did. They send an older lady who was very rude about the situation like I broke the car wash. She's trying to guide me in and pointing to turn then yells at me because I was turning and not going forward fast enough. She believes telling me to turn means to go straight, and go faster. We start over and the machine gets stuck a second time. She points to turn... again, and expected me to go straight, and fast, again. After reversing out it finally worked on the 3rd try. While i was drying my car, the next guy going in gets stuck, so I tell him to watch out for the old lady. So he goes in the store, and when he comes out he tells me the same lady gave him a hard time for no reason. I talked to the manager and told her i dont usually do this but I needed to say something. I live nearby and I'm sure I'm not washing my car there anymore. Sucks because its so close by. I've never done a "yelp" but I felt like this lady needs the recognition she deserves. If you hate your job...get a new one.

I just filed an ADA complaint against your store and also called corporate. You violated my rights this morning and I will not take it lying down. Oh, and this place is classic for holding $75 on your debit card for gas for 2 weeks. Never get gas there. Don't know why I even tried to go there today. You picked the one person in 70,000-100,000 that has my genetic mutation and mask wearing is contra-indicated for my condition. I tried to comply, but when your employee said I had to pull mask over my nose when other places don't make me, then it was on. You picked the wrong person because I have xrays to prove it.UPDATE: I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE TWICE. I HAVE TAKEN THE HIGH ROAD. I APOLOGIZED FOR BEING RUDE TO AN EMPLOYEE THAT DIDN'T DESERVE MY WRATH. I WOULD HAVE DONE IT IN PERSON BUT DIDN'T WANT TO GO BACK INTO STORE. ALL I WANT IS TO FIND OUT WHY I WAS DENIED SERVICE ILLEGALLY. I DON'T WANT TO CAPITALIZE ON THIS. I JUST DON'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN. CORPORATE IS UNDERSTANDING BUT THE STORE MANAGER NAMED SCOTT SAYS I AM LYING. PULL THE VIDEO. I WILL TAKE A LIE DETECTOR TEST. I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD TO SUBPOENA OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE AND ASK IF THEY HEARD WHAT WAS SAID TO ME ABOUT PUTTING MY MASK ON MY NOSE. WHY WOULD I FREAK OUT ON VIDEO IF HAVING THE MASK JUST OVER MY MOUTH IS FINE. SOMETHING WAS SAID TO ME AND I AM BEING CALLED A LIAR. I AM APPARENTLY THE ONLY PERSON THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO. CORPORATE DISAGREES. I WAS TOLD OTHER STORES HAVE HAD SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. I WILL MAINTAIN THE HIGH ROAD HERE AND NOT BE BROUGHT DOWN. I HAVE NOT HIRED A LAWYER OR ANYTHING. I JUST WANT THIS TO STOP.
