Excellent experience–will be my go-to place for jewelry repair and watch batteries. I needed a necklace clasp replaced and an anniversary band re-sized. I was nervous about handing over my ring to a stranger, but was immediately at ease when I walked in the door. Both the security guard and jeweler were kind and professional. I received a fair price and picked up my jewelry the next day. Very happy with the repair work.

Beyond grateful for American Jewelers. There truly aren't places like this in the world anymore and I could cry at how incredible and special this place is. My engagement ring is a family heirloom from the 60's and I had previously brought it to a big retailer to be resized and have some other work done and wasn't super happy with the outcome. It also took them about a month to get the ring finished. When I came here to ask about making some adjustments, I immediately knew I was in the right place. Frank, the security guard is so so kind and DENNIS, you are seriously amazing. The level of care and talent you have is truly unmatched. I am so beyond happy with my ring now and can’t stop staring at it. And he had it back to me within 24 hours. It is better than I could have imagined. Thank you for everything, from the bottom of my heart!

I am so glad that I was referred to American Jewelers. They are a small locally owned business. Excellent customer service, and excellent workmanship. I can't say enough about how nice they all are. They have repaired several things for us, and have done a great job, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Great place to buy or sale old or unwanted gold jewelry very fair prices got more than what I expected. Very nice and friendly staff even gave me a free quote on an old ring I had when other stores wanted a 230$ appraisal fee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND….

WOW!! I took my Bulova watch in to get a battery and figured I would drop it off and pick it up later. I knew it was about $20 bucks the last time I had it replaced at a different jewelry business and that I would probably have to wait or come back to get it. ?
It was serendipitous that I found American Jewelers! I checked 2 places out on line that were offering watch battery replacements at a discounted price. I checked the reviews on both and both were good. I chose American for the name and the proximity to my house. ?
I was so impressed! My wordy self will just say if you need anything jewelry related, go see Cleve Funk art American Jewelers! ! He's the BEST!
I went in, got my watch fixed and he cleaned my wedding ring without me saying anything. I was just showing it to him because I wanted to redesign it. He cleaned and reshaped the actual band since it was warped. It looks so nice and new. I didn't ask him for any of that!?
The whole process was less than 10 minutes and only 5 bucks! I was very impressed.
I am a customer service freak and this place tops the chart!

I'm new to the area and needed a jeweler, I found American jewelers on yelp, well can't tell you how happy I am with them! Cleve, the owner is the nicest honest man ever! He not only did a great repair job on my pendent, but I also sold him my scrap gold and was super honest and extremely nice! I have found my forever jeweler! Thanks again!

I went in a little while back to sell a gold bar, having some not so great experiences at other jewelers I went in with my guard up. After only a minute I realized this place was different!
Cleve the owner is HONEST and FAIR; something that seems to be a rarity in my experience with stores like this. Didn't have to fight, haggle or quote the current price of gold. He checked it, and offered me a fair price and it was done. We talked a bit, he answered my questions (his knowledge is grand), showed me a cool gold piece he had and I was on my way.
Frank the security guard is super friendly too. Pleasant experience all around, and they are not only my new go-to, but I suggest them to everybody asking for a jeweler!

What a great experience! I was looking for a jeweler who worked on platinum after our family jeweler closed last year. Everyone in the store was so friendly and took excellent care of us. I felt very comfortable with Cleve working on my ring. One of my diamonds is an old mine and the ring is over 100 years old so I’m very particular about who I will let work on it but he came highly recommended. 5 stars!
