Check-in was quick and easy! The lobby is modern with a pool table and bar, a great space to hang out. When we needed extra towels, Dustin hooked us up with more than enough right away. We didn’t use the gym but it looked well-equipped and clean. The pool, while small, was nice. They let us hang out there while we waited for our room to be ready. The room was clean and tidy. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and was stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap. I loved bathroom lighting and the full length mirror. The beds were the only problem I had with the room, which is a big consideration if you are particular about sleeping arrangements. The sheets and comforter were uneven and they were really loud, almost crunchy sounding?, when we would move around in our sleep. I slept fine for the most part but my husband didn’t sleep well at all and woke up with shoulder and neck pain.

Great hotel if you want to be away from the strip or any casinos. Located in Henderson and very close to the airport. About 15-20 to the Las Vegas Strip.

Visiting from Los Angeles. Requested an early check in. Called for 3days to confirm I had my early check in. Upon arrival I was told I can not check in until 3pm the manager doesn't arrive until 9am. Definitely messed up my plans. Just a total inconvenience for myself. Ugh!

The hotel is new and the facility appears clean. I was treated well by the staff. I did have an issue that I informed the staff of upon check out. I had the worst sleep I believe I have ever had at a hotel during my stay here. I stayed in room 114 and I could here cracks and pops all night long. I don't know if they are the result of structural settlement or expansion and contraction of heating/cooling piping, or something else, but it woke me up a lot. I had a coworker stay in another room and she had no issues. To management - I suggest getting with your general contractor and having them investigate as part of the warranty and to not put anyone in that room until it is resolved. To anyone staying here, do not accept a room on the first floor, close to the main lobby.

CONVENIENT AND TRENDY. I want to give it a 5 but just can't as I compare it to other Marriots. BUT, I'm more a room comfort than than social comforts.Modern decor. Nice pool area as well as a nice lobby. Lots of areas to socialize. Outdoor chess and indoor pool. Lobby bar for the evenings and a "market".Room was cute and comfortable. Marriott elite members, no suites and only 6 larger rooms...so upgrades may be harder to get.Pet friendly with a grass park just a short walk West.

New Aloft that just opened in Henderson near Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino. I wanted to write this review because I see a lot of really bad reviews on here and I honestly wonder why. We came here a couple weeks after their grand opening and have been back a few times since. First of all, you're checking into an Aloft which is really affordable, it's not the St. Regis, or the Ritz Carlton. And for this price it is extremely clean, well run, great service and has every amenity that you need at your fingertips. If you've never heard of Henderson, it's about 15 - 20 mins from the Strip. A safe and cute little town away from the all the chaos of the strip, but just a short Uber if you want to venture out. Sometimes I'm tempted to move here. People are nice everywhere and it's just easy to get around. Decorated in an industrial "loft style" most of the rooms are pretty small, but they really have everything that you need. Room types are simple, you can choose between King or double queens. They come with huge windows that bring in a lot of light, small hanging area for a closet, a decent steamer for cloths, a little mini booth area and table for meals or a desk, a nice size mini fridge that comes empty, so you can stock it with your own drinks and leftovers. I usually travel with my own shampoo and conditioner, but this location has full size Dry Bar Shampoo and Conditioner that I love. It conditions, but give you a lot of volume and doesn't flatten out your hair. Microwaves are conveniently located on every floor near the ice machine, along with laundry rooms if you'd like to do your own laundry during your stay. The lobby has a full bar and pool table with ample space and tables to hang out or work during the day. Outdoor patio has a small pool, lounge area, fire pit, and even artificial grass if you've brought your dog with you. Gym is also a pretty decent size for a hotel this size. Breakfast can be ordered in the lobby from 6 am - 9 am daily, and snacks 24 hours. Complimentary Starbucks Coffee is available in the lobby from 6 - 10 am so you can grab and go, or chill in any of the lobby and outdoor patio areas. If you want to check out a few places nearby, the District right outside the Green Valley Ranch Casino has the cutest little promenade of shops, restaurants, and bars. If you like BBQ Lucille's Ribs and Gumbo are amazing. A special thank you to the staff here. They have always been really friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you for making us feel so welcome here. See you again soon!

Call it fraud, bait and switch, or whatever it is...NO hotel should ever charge $50+ more on check out than the price I paid (in full) upon booking. I travel A LOT...this time we stayed at the ALOFT hotel in Henderson, NV on August 5th....our rate according to Aloft was $143 including all taxes and fees. I FULLY understand "Resort Fees" especially in Vegas, but they don't have that in Henderson.1)We just checked our credit card and they charged us $196. There was some phantom charge of $44+ in addition to the $143 we just paid???2) On the 5th we arrived and checked to see if our room was ready at 11am..."your room is ready"...great we said, $15 please, said the clerk (check in was 3pm)...I get it, early check in fee...but I'll never stay at this hotel chain again because of this and the phantom charge...he said, "your room is ready", not lemme see if I have something available. I would go back to the hotel if they said "normally it's a $15 fee, but your room is available...enjoy yourselves..." ...it's called Customer Service!3) We had room #4143 (as I recall), nice clean $143 very fair price...slept that night on one of the worst beds we have ever slept in. We both woke up with backaches. Before checking into ANY ALOFT hotel, always check for the mystery $44 charge...or just go in assuming the false advertising and budget in that you will have to pay at least $50 more than advertised when you check out!Don't trust ALOFT.

I would have marked zero stars if possible - Visitors beware and take video evidence of your room as soon as you check-in and/or have someone fromthe front desk complete a thorough walkthrough WITH you as you enter your room. I'm a Bonvoy Gold Elite member and was charged $350 for a missing speaker that I had not even known was an asset in this hotel line. If I had known this was an asset I would have immediately escalated this issue with hotel staff when I checked in but since I didn't even know this existed I went on with my family vacation. After trying to resolve this with the GM, not getting anywhere and then with a chargeback through Amex I was still ultimately left with the charge because the hotel was able to share documentation of a missing speaker and claim that it was still me. What am I supposed to do in a he said/ I said situation? I had even asked for this documentation and to this date was not sent anything and Amex cannot send it directly to me either. I'm not disputing this speaker is missing, I'm disputing that I'm responsible. I expected that the GM would reverse this charge but they have not. I've also escalated this issue to the Office of the CEO of Marriott and now I'm considering filing a complaint with Nevada Office of Consumer Affairs - but in the end, this has absolutely tarnished the Marriott brand for me. Could I afford the $350? Absolutely! But I'm fighting this based on principle - I should NOT be responsible for this incident.

A very trendy spot but I will not be staying here again. The rooms are very small and the bathroom isn’t a separate room. It is more compact but it I understand that it is a design choice and can’t be changed. The reason I am leaving this review is because my family was treated very poorly by one of the staff, the bartender. My family and I were playing pool and my brother accidentally popped a pool ball off the table. It was an accident and we quickly grabbed it. The bartender left the bar immediately and asked us where our parents were (there were 2 people of age in the group). We said we were adults and it was a complete accident and we apologized. He was completely rude and said that we were damaging the equipment and we said that we didn’t mean to and apologized again and he said “well your kid was slamming the pool stick” which was completely untrue and extremely unprofessional. After he walked away another staff member apologized for him which made it seem like this was a common occurrence. I’m not entirely sure why my family was singled out when there were multiple families acting very similar manner. I would hope that he didn’t approach us because of biases he may have. The hotel is nice and the rest of the staff were incredible besides the rude bartender, and he should be looked at because his treatment of paying customers is abhorrent.

This is my doghouse! The lobby is lit! The staff is very accommodating! The rooms are pretty dope! Compartmentalized units with a vanity area, shower, and private toilet with a barn door all sit behind a modular wall, and beyond it is a cozy king bed with a fridge in front of that right below the flatscreen. Love the blinds and then there is a quaint couch that wraps around the table. Throw pillows... and plenty of USB ports! But best of all... the price point! They must've passed along the savings from the pool they decided to skimp on, but the gym is coo!

My daughter and son in law stayed here a little over a month ago. They asked me to put $150.00 towards their next nights stay. I called the hotel, and they said they'd send me an authorization form. I listed I wanted to pay $150.00 for one night. I'm 70, so I had a hard time with the form. I didn't think it went through. I also listed on the form the authorization expired in 2 days from that day. Imagine my surprise and outrage when the bank charge came in for over $1,880. I called them immediately and asked that they look into it. I also contacted my bank. They reduced the charge to $517.00. So I called them and asked for a copy of the authorization form they'd received. They destroyed it 2 days later. My bank said I had given them the info so nothing could be done. I called 4 times and left messages with the manager, Paul. He never has returned even one phone call. So, even though I only authorized $150.00 and spoke with them in the beginning, I'm still on the hook for the $517.00! I had no paperwork to back anything up. And they just deleted the form. Beware! Make sure you have all your paperwork in order when doing business at this establishment.

Had a one night stay at this hotel on a road trip. Overall the entrance is very nice and the staff were welcoming. Our room was a two queen loft room, and served its purpose well for the night. We did not experience any issues at all in our room, it was clean and fresh. Bed were good, and they had a nice marshall speaker in the room (which was a nice detailed touch)! I recommend this hotel.

Bright, clean and modern. If you like these things this is your place. It feels happy to walk into this lobby. Not your standard hotel.Every time I stay at an A loft the bar is great
