Feels like the space is a little small for all the items they carry.
The employees were really nice and helpful answering all my questions. Ended up buying a some garden equipment. They carry gas Stihl equipment, which is 100% better than the junk at Lowe's and HomeDepot.

As a frequent customer and ALWAYS getting great service it's time to acknowledge that.
Easy parking, clean and well organized store. As you enter, it's easy to find staff to direct you or help you get what you need. The knowledge and friendly helpfulness at this location is unsurpassed! Especially TJ and Josh stand out for their incredible customer support.
The line moves quickly once you're ready to pay and the membership brings frequent discounts.
It may be a few cents more than a big box store but the experience is worth every penny, I walk out with my items in hand smiling rather than frustrated with the time it took to get things sorted. On the rare occasion they do not have what we need they point you in the right direction.
We are customers for life, especially at this location!

I have been doing business here for 5 years! Wow! How time has flown! Staff here are like family! The store has new ownership, and I am getting used to new employees. They start recognizing regulars, and they are a lot of fun. Got some very good helpful advice for my next project. The advice helped me avoid injury, a mess, and damage to my work area. I like my friendships with the old staff and am happy to be forming the same with the new staff. ACE is the place, with the friendly hardware folks!

Called about a part, was told they had it. Drove quite aways to get it and when I got there they didn't have it

I called ahead to ask if they had an item.
They confirmed so I drove over in the evening.
They directed me to the aisle but the item was not there, and when I approached the employee who directed me and was met with a dismissive attitude.
At Home Depot, it is harder to find help, but they are happy to do so when found. Going forward, it will be Home Depot instead of this location.

This may be the nicest ACE Hardware I've been to. Clean. Lots of supply and the there was plenty of people working to give me the help I needed.
