This business opens at 9am. The mechanic told me the business only works through appointments. He told me to bring it back in two weeks from that day, at 9am. When I arrived that day, at 9am, the same mechanic assisted me. He asked for my keys but I hesitated to give him the keys without a receipt. When I asked him for a receipt, he got an attitude and told me to wait until 9:30 for the owner to arrive. Call me "too worried" but nowadays, can you really trust people? Are you willing to leave your vehicle without documentation? Scenario: your vehicle gets stolen from the lot and you don't have documentation to prove you ever left it there in the first place. Second scenario: your vehicle gets inspected or worked on. You find a new problem or the original problem gets worse. Now you don't have documentation your vehicle was ever worked on in the first place. Good luck trying to sue. Good luck with your insurance. Good luck when the judge asks for proof of service. Anyway, I left and never went back.

The owner actually works on your car. Small operation but does a truthful appraisal of your situation and appointments are likely. Note...card payments are with a small fee. Cash is better.

I was recommended to Ace by a friend for an engine install on my Accord. I was told I was getting a low mile Japanese imported engine. The mechanic lied to me and installed an American engine that is leaking oil from various places and left me stranded multiple times. I will never recommend anyone to this shop.

Honest. Fair. Just the best experience. They include you in all decisions and explain what and why and how they are working on your car. Have dealt with them for years and always, always, they make a difficult situation better because you can trust them.

This place is awesome. I came for an oil pressure sensor replacement on my 08 Escalade. I already had the part so it was labor only. Other places were trying to charge me $300 but Jose only charged me $85 and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will continue coming back here for my auto repair needs! Thanks again
