Working with Jeffery was a delight. He was patient, and more importantly, professional and responsive. Jeffery listened to what was important to us and addressed those needs first. Add to that, he communicated with us in a way that was considerate of our schedule. I’ve already made plans to purchase some additional insurance from him.

He was both professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and provided me with a detailed quote that matched my needs. His courtesy and attention to detail helped me make the decision to choose AAA as my new insurance provider. Jefferey Burts Marquez is the best insurance agent I have ever had. He was super helpful when I bought a new car and needed my insurance policy to be redone with the new car's information. He not only took the time to help me change my policy but explained all of the policy changes to me. He was very detailed in explaining all of my insurance options and helped me choose a great plan. I highly recommend Jefferey for any of your insurance needs!!!

Please be cautious of this business and representative Amit. I called to obtain a quote for vehicle insurance for my husband and myself to replace an existing policy that we had for 20+ years. I provided Amit our socials, date of births and vin numbers. I then was provided a quote. I agreed and paid the entire policy for the year in excess of $4K. I now have received my declarations page that has my husband and my name on it and it indicates that my husband was not rated therefore coverage does not apply to him. I have to say in my 56 years I have never heard of this. I called to speak with Amit about what this means and his response was oh well you must have told me he had his own policy. How does that make since? It does not. Clearly this representative likes to misrepresent his business and practices deceitful business practices by bait and switch. Now they want nearly $1K more per year for my husband who should have always been on the policy. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Insurance as well as the BBB. I would recommend finding a different insurance carrier.

I was in a huge dilemma at the DMV as I assumed I just had to be covered and had car insurance. I was not aware it had to be under my current new address in Nevada. There was no rep available from my previous car insurance to help me on a Saturday. I had to get this done because my car registration from my prior state of residence was set to expire. I was such in a rush I just searched any auto insurance agent available on a Saturday. 10 min prior to closing at this office, Cynthia Miller answered and set up my auto insurance in 10min! She also gave me a good rate Highly recommend and thank you!

Not helpful - incompetence. Today 11/06/2023 Monday morning went to this branch to get passport photo and international driver license. The answer from this staff worked-at this branch was we ran out of paper.What?? This is AAA. It’s ??. You can’t print more form in this tech age? You can’t offer to call another branch in town?If you don’t want to provide these services then don’t advertised them.
