I really trust this shop for all our cars needs. they go the extra mile for the customers. we got our oil changed, and I told them if they would look at a tail light the did not work. they got it working for no extra charge.

AAA Auto Repair—-This is a big thank you to TAD at this repair shop. Hurrying to a doctor appointment, the low tire pressure idiot light flashed on my dash for all 4 tires! Scared that I would end up with flats I pulled into this shop. Offering assistance Tad checked and filled all 4 tires! What a relief. I was able to make my doctor appointment on time. THANKS TAD and AAA for having such caring and kind employees.

Bad bad and unprofessional business. I booked many weeks ahead, called and confirmed and actually moved my requested day to a different day, from Monday 12/2 to Tuesday 12/3. Then I got a call Monday 12/2 saying that they could not accommodate me because they are overbooked. I ask if they can still give me an estimated time and Mauricio (very unprofessional ) can’t even give me an estimate saying “we’re accommodating you” when they are the ones who made a mistake in removing me from their schedule. Obviously, I am in schedule or they would have not called me. This place has gone down so drastically from 5 to 1 (even considering zero) for their service. Their manager Jason needs to do a better job manager their scheduling and not deliberately remove customers who made appt weeks ahead.

MY CAR WAS IN NEED OF A BREAK JOB .AFTER I DROPPED OF THE CAR THEY DROPPED ME OFF AT MY HOME. A FEW HOURS LATER THEY PICKED ME UP AT HOME AND BROUGHT ME BACK TO THE REPAIR SHOP. IT WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Excellent experience. Took my car in for a check on some codes that I thought was coming up and they ran their own diagnostic and not only was my car good to go with no pending, current or history of trouble codes, they also did my diagnostic at no charge as a courtesy. This is my only go to shop now. I could have been easily gouged since I showed them codes I thought I saw. Rare find of an honest mechanic that now has a customer for life!

Jaunita is an excellent technical mechanical communicator. Very good auto repairs by certified mechanic. Also AAA membership received a $75 discount. Close to home, which makes it convenient.

I have been to this repair shop a few times and always received excellent service and quality repairs. This last time the only issue with an engine light was that it was not reset after service at another shop. They reset it for free. I heartedly recommend them to anyone needing their auto serviced.
