The folks and service at 9th Island are amazing. Have needed vehicle repairs for both my vehicle's in the past year. The work was performed quickly and at very reasonable rates. These guys are very professional and customer oriented. They will be my go-to for future needs.

My family and 2 dogs, traveling across the country from Reno to Tennessee (towing U-Haul trailer) found ourselves with a broken axle. We went to the Ford dealer and they couldn't do anything for a few days. They gave me the number of Rob and Alise at 9th Island automotive. A half hour before they closed we limped in and they were happy to see what the problem was. They even stayed late and ordered the part first thing in the morning and we were out by noon. They're the nicest, friendliest, most honest people I've run across owning a business. I cannot recommend them enough they are absolute lifesavers! If I lived locally this would be the only place I would go.

Two days before Thanksgiving driving from San Diego to St. George, UT, my F-150 blew a tube cap on the turbo (I didn't know that's what it was at the time). I called 9th Island and they got me right in on the way through town to make the quick fix that would have ruined our holiday otherwise. The Ford dealers said it would take weeks just to get it in for a diagnosis, and we were in and out in 20 mins. Elise and Rob were knowledgeable and hospitable. Many people can fix cars, but not all of them are also amazing human beings!

Recommended to us by Ford Country for our 2004 Ford Ranger. We had a list of possible issues that we gave to the owner Rob to check out. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that everything was ok except the actuator on the AC fan, which they fixed the same day. The bill was significantly less than what we were expecting. We were referred to 9th Island by Ford Country as they would not service our 2004 Ford Ranger. We had a list of possible problem that we asked the owner Rob to look at. We were very happy to find out that everything worked fine, and our vehicle was ready the same day. We appreciate his honesty, and would highly recommend his shop.

Driving my Dad to Vegas to celebrate his 95th birthday and blew a window regulator in Baker. Arriving at our hotel in Vegas, immediately contacted the local ford dealers who could not help me. A service tech referred me to 9th Island Automotive in Henderson. What an outstanding experience! The owners wife who expertly man's the phones quickly explained my problem to Rob, and told me to bring my car in the following morning when they opened. When I arrived Rob quickly found the new regulator, had it delivered to his shop, installed it an had me back on the road in less than two hours! His shop is extremely clean, he is honest, friendly and everything you would want in a local mechanic. I highly recommend this shop to everyone I know in Vegas. Thanks again for everything, Rob!

Best service I've ever received from a Auto repair shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Took my truck to Ford country and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my 2012 Ford F-150 and tried to get me to replace my fuel pump for $2000. And they had my truck for close to a week. Found 9th island automotive and had my truck towed there. He received my truck around noon 1pm and had it fixed and ready for me to pick up around 4pm the same day. Call this place to get your car fixed. Best experience ever. Saved me a boat load of money. I totally recommend not wasting your time calling anywhere else. Just call these guys.

Our family has a very limited budget. We took our older car in and they were very honest on what it would take to keep our car running. Service was prompt and friendly. Although I hope I don't have to visit them for a loooong time LOL they will be our new go to spot for car repairs.
