I had the weirdest experience where I went in to make a fast purchase and the cashier lady with the ponytail and glasses actually got mad at me for touching the ipad too soon when I was trying to enter my rewards number. I didn’t even know you had to “wait” I thought it was in a screensaver so I tapped it once. It was very bizarre. If customer service means absolutely nothing to you then this review won't matter but if you appeciate good friendly customer service where you spend your hard earned money then keep reading.I left a workout class from the local Rec Center and wanted an Ice coffee. Circle K, (up the street from this location) where I often frequent didnt have ice coffee so we went to the nearest and newest 7-Eleven minutes from home.Another customer arrived same time as I and held the door open (which is rare these days...but so kind and unexpected). The kind gesture placed me in an even more gracious and happy mood so I said "Hello!" (Cheerful) to the cashier(only worker I see in store on Saturday 8/12/24 @1PM). All I received back from this employee was cold silence and a look up and down. (I was wearing workout shirts, leggings, nike tennis nothing disrespectful or out of ordinary). I thought maybe he's having a bad day, and proceeded to getting ice coffee. As I'm getting creamer another lady customer walks in and the same older male cashier, said a joyful "Hello" to the entering customer. How rude and disrespectful, I thought to myself.When I paid for ice coffee I let the older male cashier know that 'I'll NEVER come back and spend money there since he didn't feel I deserved common courtesy and a simple Hello, but he will gave the last customer that isn't a POC like the both of us a couttesy Hello....that he shouldn't treat his paying customers like that way because im a very kind person but demand respect because I give it. He nodded his head and said "have a good". I said "I will and I hope you do as well even though you treated me like I was scum".As a POC, just like the cashier you would think he wouldn't treat another POC like that especially a lady but it is what it is, and there are 3 other 7-Elevens that I would choice before I ever step foot in this 7-Eleven again.Ill also like to add that this wasn't my first time shopping at this store...back in March a taller younger South Asian Indian man was working as thr cashier and he was kind unlike this older shorter South Asian Indian man.I will reach out to the store owner and investors to know who they have running there store. It's usually POC that are the most prejudice against one another and that is so sad. Please do better.

What can I say about the 7-Eleven on warm springs and Decatur? Well if you're ever there on the weekend at night, the tall guy Willie always seems to be a helpful guy with great humor. He can help you find what you need. I always leave the store in good spirit after talking to him. And who better to ask about the deals? Yep that be Willie.

Brand new looking store at 900pm apparently can't make any taquitos in their fancy oven which I've worked at 7elevens it only takes a couple minutes. If you are out you should make some fresh. Never had a problem elsewhere. Maybe she was new but she did say after 830 everything is cleaned and can't be used. I am so confused isn't this store 24 hours? Ugh *hungry grumpy*
