7-11 stores are franchised, independently owned & operated. The woman who owns this one … she needs to get a clue. Price hikes on tobacco “just because,” and her staff may or may not accept vendor coupons as other locations do, going so far as to lie about their acceptance. Having frequented this location multiple times weekly since March 2020 and watched & paid the unjustified or explained $50 carton increase ($70 vs $120)…I drive across the street and save a ton of money on my vice and haven’t been back.
This location may be super convenient to those of us who live in Seven Hills or work across the street but with the exception of 1 employee…the employees are beyond rude and I hate dealing with 1 in particular. Morning regulars know her as the woman with the head wrap who says nothing, just glares at you. She’s not nice, when she speaks she’s rude & always has excuses, and she never wants to be bothered. No hello, no thank you. Just glares at you.
The owner herself is always pushing baked goods on customers, literally begging you to spend money on items you neither want or need. Complaints logged thru the 7-11 app are ignored.
Parking is a nightmare-especially when they have delivery trucks refusing to use the actual delivery drive behind the store, making this train wreck of a parking lot a waking nightmare.
Caveat emptor is all I’ll say. If you shop here, just know you won’t be greeted, thanked, or valued as a regular repeat customer…or a customer, period. You’re better off driving thru the intersection going to Chevron.

Expensive stuff at this 7 Eleven location. Woman at the counter conned me into buying a $4 baked item which only had one very small baked item. Rather go to walmart's or other stores than here!

This store has an older guy working there is just rude and disrespectful. l would never recommend! Over Christmas my son flew in and there was a bunch of angry customers over his treatment of them it was embarrassing, my son said mom I thought you lived in a nice area! I guess 7 Hills going down hill!

My card got skimmed at this 711 the lady behind the counter was begging me to buy these salted dried out meatballs. So I did and then woke up today with a strange 10 dollar charge from grub hub

The management at this store needs to start caring about their employees and their store more than they do!!! They have so many expired products on the shelves and are so mean and cruel to their employees! Somebody needs to call their owner and or talk to the city of Henderson concerning the way this business is run! The best employees & customers anywhere! This place needs a big rework as far as management & ownership,& that poor lady that served me at the counter needs a raise & promotion! And the prices on the shelf don't match the prices of the products!Get it together! No excuse for this!

This place has a major issue with their prices. They always list a cheaper price on the shelves then will try and charge you something higher at the register. Then will argue and say oh thats old pricing.

The prices change higher . I see a lot of customers walk out of this store. You go to another 7-11 and prices are lower. This 7-11 should honor the same. This store is getting really bad. And they keep food out for hours after making it in the morning and try selling it at night. Bad, and I mean really bad. The Arco Gas Station on Eastern Ave is way better then this 7-11. Close this store down and get some American People to work there too. All Indian people thats ripping people off.Thats why I stopped going here. I go to Arco ( AM , PM Mini Mart) on Eastern Avenue. Prices at that store are way better then this 7-11.

I like this 7-11 because it's in a great location with easy parking. No gas, though. Just a clean, friendly store where I can grab some drinks or maybe the taquitos.

This location is super fishy. I have been multiple times where they have "deals" buy one get one for 2 dollars and every time it never rings up. The last time I even took a picture in there store and showed it to her and they said it wasn't real..... didn't even know what to say. I had to physically show her and she still said no deal.Lastly, I went to put in my phone number but she had already scanned hers. I asked why? Then no response and just completely reset the transaction to take her number out.It's on the way home but I will never return.
