This is one of the bad ones
Don't think about getting a job there being they lie to you. They hire you and then when you are sick one time even with a doctor note they will not put you on the schedule and say that you are on call then never call you again . They will want you to work way past your scheduled off time and just expect you to do it. They are just really rude and they need to learn how to handle and treat their employees fairly before someone calls the U.S Department of Labor on them.

This was my local neighborhood 711, I loved the employees here! And then corporate took over, they were so rude for the week they were “taking over “ aisles are not shoppable. Environment is uncomfortable. I’ll be going to the other 7 eleven now. Thanks for nothing corporate!

I wouldn't recommend going here they are so excited about their new owners however because of their new owners you're 7-Eleven rewards will not work here as well as many different types of payments they do not accept any more until sometime in May they are so excited about their new owners however their new owners are making the 7-Eleven incapable of being at the same level as the rest of them so keep driving and go to a 7-Eleven that is capable of actually being a 7-Eleven

Very clean place. The hot food is so convenient to get and cheap. Not sure if it was the manager or not who assisted me, but he was very nice.

This is a perfectly good place to shop if you're not buying anything that's frozen or refrigerated. I worked here for a few short months starting at the end of February this year (2023), and I had to quit because of how badly I was treated by the store owner who was also my boss. I called out sick for two days with an ear infection and he proceeded to take away all of my hours and place me on call because I "called out an entire week for no real reason." I have never done that in my history of working, and never plan on doing anything of the sort. My mental health tanked into the ground and I struggled to pay any of my bills; my boss and manager knew of this, yet did not change my scheduling. The freezer (big black one next to the ATM) containing most of our frozen food and ice cream products broke, which I immediately informed management about, who then told our boss/the guy who owns and runs the store-- neither of them proceeded to remove the spoiled products from the freezer, and instructed myself and my coworkers to continue selling the spoiled goods since "everything was fine." All of those items completely unfroze and then refroze about three times in the span of a week. In July, I pulled and wrote off $84 worth of cheese out of the open air cooler that is between the nacho bar and soda fountain. Most of this product that was being sold had expired back in April, and had started to discolor due to the cooler lights. These are expired products that multiple people had been buying and eating for months, and no one (the employees, management, or our boss/store owner) bothered to check these items. It's also a good time for me to mention here that hardly any of us sales associates had proper training- there's an employee handbook that I didn't even know existed till about a week or two before I quit my job and I was unable to find the book either. I was later told by a fellow coworker that the handbook was probably on the top shelf of the cigarette closet- a shelf that I can't reach without a ladder, and the space where I should be able to put a ladder was nonexistent due to the amount of junk in the back office. Anytime I had an issue or a question and I tried to contact my boss, it was like pulling teeth with him trying to get him to answer and/or respond. I had been scheduled by myself on a Saturday for mid shift (2pm-10pm) and the CO2 alarm had begun to go off. I called my manager at the time and asked him what I should do and he instructed me to "call my father" who was also an employee (sales associate) at this location. He had already been there that day for an eight hour shift before mine started, and was not paid to come back down to the store and fix the problem. It is the job of the manager or the store owner to come down to the store and fix the issue, and hopefully/properly train their employees on how to resolve the problem in the future. The only thing we were really trained to do was to contact the only manager before contacting our boss since he "did not want to be bothered". There is also the issue with communication between the boss/store owner and his employees. I hardly ever heard from my boss because he made my father tell me everything! Even after I expressed to my boss that I would prefer if he texted or called me himself, he stated that "it's a 24 hour business and he can't count on me to answer my phone," and continued to treat my father as a messenger bird. I was scolded by my boss on one occasion for not stocking the cooler correctly. He made me feel stupid because I "couldn't follow the pictures". There were pictures placed on three of the doors which I followed the best I could due to not having the correct items sometimes; the other doors did not have picture guides and all of the sales tags that indicated where products should be places where either the wrong items or didn't exist to begin with. There are a plethora of other issues that I won't include in this, but they exis

Came to this store today to grab a quick snack before I headed into work and it's safe to say that I will not be back. I heard the boss yelling and swearing at his employee in the room next to the register. The slurpee machine was broken and the counters were all sticky.

I had the most horrific experience at the 7-Eleven. I must say the level of unprofessionalism is truly uncanny. The manager of the establishment completely disrespected me and my cousin. We go in, and my cousin was looking for some backwoods the kind cashier pulled two out. My cousin realized they were stale, so she asked the cashier if she could pull out the back cigars to see if those might have been a little more fresh. The next second the manager completely blows up on me and my cousin kicking us out and proceeded to CALL THE COPS. This man definitely has some mental health issues because the behavior me and my cousin had to endure was completely foul. Calling us names, cussing us out, and belittling us because we asked for a fresher pack?! The behavior was completely unacceptable and I would strongly suggest reconsidering a new form of management. Such disgusting behavior. Be careful going in there. If that manager is there he may cuss you out because you asked his for a fresher pack of smokes. Terrible.

I just had to write a review.Being from Hawaii where the coolers can fill a whole wall with refrigerated food. Sandwiches, musubis, sushi, cakes, jello,.Regardless, they were here and open when I needed them. The cashier was very nice although he didn't seem to believe me when I told him their food section looks really sad.I'm just saying if anyone from Hawaii reads this, appreciate out 7-11's. LoL!

They promote Pizza Slices 2/2.50 and it is not true. It's just to attract you to buy all the Pizza, they don't want to work because they justify themselves by saying that it's lost!
