Seems like a lot of people have the same complaint about the same employee. The bald white dude. They're not wrong. Dude clearly has an attitude problem. Every single time I go in and he's there I just walk out now and go up the road to the other gas station. I've watched him give people attitude. He's given me attitude. Disgruntled when you have more than a couple items. Heavy sighs when you ask for cash back. Slams the register shut. Cycles past the reward screen before you can type your number and gets mad when you ask for it back. Just clearly not happy being there or working with people. Maybe he should go work a warehouse job where he wouldn't have work with customers. The other employees seem to be okay with how he acts. They all do nothing about it. Management don't seem to be acknowledging the problem either. This location has been here for a very long time. Sadly I don't see that lasting much longer with how this place is declining. 7/11, you're losing customers over this guy. Do something about it.

The bald Caucasian man with a tattoo on his right arm always seems to have an attitude with me whenever I come in. This behavior is very uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since I haven't done anything to him. The store owner needs to be informed about this and should evaluate or replace him. It's not right to be disrespectful towards customers.

I used to go to this 7-eleven multiple times a week but myself and mother have had multiple horrible experiences with the employee JOSH (with the bald head)! He is beyond rude and constantly has an attitude with customers. I've never reached out to complain, just moved forward with life but today he yelled at my 9 year old daughter and that's where I draw the line! We were driving home from the pool and decided to stop and get something cold and she had a swimsuit on. He rudely told us we need a shirt on, as I already had one in my hand and before she could go put something over hers, he turned to me with an attitude and as I asked him why is he getting an attitude, he yelled, proceeded to make a scene and kicked us out before we even made 5 steps in the door. I don't know what his problem is, constantly giving people attitude and clearly hates his job! I'll happily go elsewhere and hope more people stop dismissing the rude customer service here and do the same! Why 7-eleven hires people like this is beyond me but I am tired of employees lashing out at good paying customers because they hate their life! My daughter did not deserve a dramatic scene in which he put on, yelling his name to me and spelling it out like a psychopath! I definitely called and complained and encourage more people to start stepping up and helping establishments get rid of their horrible employees! There's enough people out there looking for jobs, start weeding out the entitled jerks that can't put a smile on their face in a customer service job! Will NEVER go back here!! There's enough corner stores around this neighborhood, we don't need to put up with rude people! Change your employees or everyone will start going elsewhere!

No customer service. Saw bugs near grill, notified workers then management, no action taken. Owner does not care about you. I have a feeling they are not worried about issue. If you want dirty food, and possibly get sick come here.
