What kind of 7-11 doesn't take EBT? Always bought cigs and got food there. Now I might as well get my cigs from a smoke shop cheap and right next to Albertsons

I have always chosen to come to this store even though there are closer stores to my house because the service has always been stellar... Today I have to say that was not the case... Many times I have come in and looked at the time stamps on the pizza and many times it is 2 or more hours past the sell by time... Today was no different... I have asked for fresh pizza when they have old pizza that was the type I get (pepperoni) no problem they have always made fresh no problem... Today however all they had in the box was cheese so I simply asked for pepperoni pizza to be made... The person behind the counter threw a fit telling me she thinks I just want fresh pizza and what are they going to do with the rest of the pizza that I was not buying... (I bought half of the pizza) And my response was no if I wanted fresh pizza I would have asked for that as it has never been a problem in the past even the owner (That's who I was told they were) has made me fresh pizza when it was past the sell by time no problem... She responded back "Well I'm going to do it this time but I'm not going to do it again I usually just sell what's there"... First off the sell by time exists for a reason... Second off I don't eat plain cheese pizza... And Third off that was a completely off the wall response for no reason...

There is a super aggressive old green haired lady there. She said her name is Bree. I don’t know why she had to be so rude and militant.

There is an extremely rude old blue haired lady there who came up to me without identifying herself and started yelling at me to remove my hood on a cold rainy day while I'm inside so the cameras can see me. He name is Bree(I asked on my way out). It was extremely rude and jarring to be treated like a criminal or something when I'm just popping by to use the ATM and browse the other items. She was super aggressive and I feel like it was unwarranted. This place doesn't feel like America anymore.

I stopped in for 1 reason and 1 reason only. COFFEE!!! Not just ur regular coffee, but the ESPRESSO coffee that you pay $3.25 for an iced 3 (three) shots espresso at Starbucks. I paid $1.69 for 4 (four) espresso shots on ice at this 7-11. I could've filled the cup to the top, but I grew up being taught to take only what you need. I'm 71 years young and I walk every day either on a treadmill or outdoors. After my walk, I use the fitness center to lift weights. In order for me to do all this, I need the umf. The espresso does the job quite well. BTW, not all 7-11 have this particular coffee dispensing machine. So kudos to this 7-11. I'll be stopping in for my get-up and go energy drink before I walk my 3+ miles around Cadence Central Park.

The cashiers are great what’s better is the environment right outside the store like drug and alcohol use. The guys out front go behind the building to urinate. Just the corner store vibes for this type of neighborhood.

I was trying to buy a lighter and the lady wouldn’t even let me buy a lighter because I needed an ID. I told her I have my passport in the car and a picture of my ID on my phone then she said she cannot accept my passport as valid ID nor the picture. I find it very weird to need an id to buy a lighter and this is the first I was ever denied a purchase for one. It not tobacco or a weapon so why would I need an ID? Then the picture I added is at another 7-Eleven.

The reason I give one star is not because of the store. It was the employee Name Matt. I went and buy cigarettes and try to pay with my credit card. And he told me the system were down so I can’t use the card. The brand I smoke is 11$ but I didn’t carry enough cash with me so I ask for other brands. I and he get frustrated with me. Just for asking for others brand. Like I was some beggars, I even said sorry just wanted to buy cigarettes his reply’s was you not gonna have enough money, which I did and yet still being treated less than human. I work in customer service industries in casino I’ve never seen anything like it. If he doesn’t want to sell people anything he should have just put the closing sign on the door.

Awful just awful. There is a heavier sad Hispanic lady that works at this specific 7-Eleven. She is the most rude person I have ever met in my life. She accused me of stealing little toy cars like the ones you wind up by the cash register then when I asked her to prove it, she spat in my face and then started recording me telling me to get out of the store. She was going to call the cops on me I left very upset as this is my neighborhood 7-Eleven. I tried to return the next day and she had told all the employees that I was never allowed back at this 7-Eleven again so I would just like to say that I will report the 7-Eleven to the Better Business Bureau and I am going to press charges against that manager whether she wants me in the store or not. I'm definitely pressing charges for spitting in my face.

Nice store with lots to choose from. Staff very nice and helpful. Especially on the graveyard shift. They have an ATM inside and those fees are minimal. Its clean and though a bit more expensive then a large grocery chain, its worth it for convenience.
