Went in and got mini tacos and they were having a sale if you get them you could get a glazed donut for a dollar, said no the asked a couple more times and I still said no he then charged me for a donut and said it was free.

Cashier working at night kicked me out for looking for things to purchase. I was shopping for items and placed them on the counter by the grill so I didn't have to carry them, then the cashier comes up to me and asked what I was doing. I told him I was looking for things to buy and he kicked me out of the store . Left a review with 7 eleven about the store as well.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Incompetent workers. I bought a charger for my phone. Tried to use it, did not work. Tried to return it 10 minutes later for refund and employee said, come back tomorrow. I don’t know how to give refund. Employee called manager for help, manager spoke to me and said come back tomorrow….Came back next day, another employee, said I don’t know how to give refund, come back after 1pm. Awful customer service and incompetent untrained. I would be embarrassed to be the franchise holder of this location.711302 south water streetHenderson NV.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Horrible employees. I needed change for $100 in the middle of the night and the male employee on told me to put the $100 bill in the machine and hit cash out. Well the cash out button wasn't working (after my money was in the machine) and the employee said, "hope you live near by. It's gonna be a while for gaming to get here ". I was obviously upset and asked him to call a manager to assist and he would not. He told me he was busy and had other things to do. I got upset and then he called me a Bitch! Lucky after after multiple attempts I got the button to work and got my money back. I called during the day to get in contact with the manager/owner and the employee on shift hung up on me. When I called back he just let it ring. This place has horrible people working here.

Clerk/Cashier disrespectful towards us as customers!We asked to park to go vote, he stated disrespectfully "NO-ONLY for customers!"We asked "if we purchased something could we park?"AGAIN stated even louder/disrespectfully "NO-ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS!!"We had to drive around the block further away from voting location to find parking when this store was closer to voting location.
