Not actually available 24-7. On Google it says Access: 24 Hours, we paid online, arrived, only for our access code to be denied. We called the manager only to have them tell us that it’s called that because you can pay for it 24/7. Atrocious experience

Used for car storage last year. Car was robbed alongside all others in the lot. The facility didn't even notify me and never followed up, I submitted a police report independently, and removed my car. The facility had the audacity to continue trying to charge me even after I clearly informed them I was leaving.

The best storage facility around. The staff/property manager deserve all the praise in the world. Ray/Roy (I'm sorry I can't remember exactly what the gentleman's name is in the office) he is amazing! Super helpful! And incredibly informative! And to those who want to complain that rodents/bugs/critters got into their unit...Did you not notice that the storage facility is an OUTSIDE STORAGE FACILITY...located in an industrial area...in a desert?! If you're so concerned about your sh*t that you are storing at an OUTSIDE STORAGE FACILITY, then perhaps you should be packing your sh*t better and/or buy some bug/rodent repellent. It is after all an OUTSIDE STORAGE FACILITY. This place amazing! You'd be lucky to find a cheaper unit anywhere else, and better customer service you will not find. This place is amazing! I can't say it enough...so here it is at least once more... This place? AMAZING

So it shows that this is a 27/7 self access storage facility. Yet no where at the facility is it posted that the gate closes at 8:00 pm. As well there is a restroom but is locked with a chain and pad lock. I have yet to go into the office and ask to be able to use the restroom, more or less though it's a portable And I'm sure it's a 50/50 shot that your able to actually use it. They also do not have any sort of climate control so be careful with what you store there as the desert heat is unforgiving. The guy that I've seen is very friendly and easy going and polite to talk to. Also one last bit of advice there's sand so drop cloth or protective covers would be worth it.

Super nice staff and management which is why I gave 2 stars. The units are gross, there are people living in the units, and mice will take over your belongings. We have only been in the unit 2 months and I had to shake all the mice p*** off of everything. They need to take better care of the grounds to protect peoples belongings.
